  I don't know what hardware configuration has your laptop but list drivers, tools and utilities, you will find in the document Instructions of facilities.

  The second one (http://support.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/install-20070719124704.zip) is created for the portable PSPA3 model. Please check it out.

  Download list of stuff and install in this order of facilities, everything should be OK.

  I have the Satellite M70-159 with ATI MOBILITY RADEON X 700. I know that it sounds stupid, but I didn't install any graphics driver.
