Hi nicolefraley,
We recommend you to perform the Startup Repair and check the result. You can also try the following:
a. access prompt command in the Windows recovery environment (WinRE). (See my previous post to learn how to access WinRE).
b. type the following command and press ENTER.
Bootrec /FixMbr
Bootrec /RebuildBcd
c. restart the computer and check the result.

need help downloading cs5 in windows 8
It does not show the icon to start the program after downloading different parts...
Adobe products generally do not require a unpackager like winzip and are usually self-extracting.
Try the click with the right button on the exe and then clicking "Run as Administrator".

After downloading and the computer goes into rebooting mode I get the screen to restart with three options, network security safe mode and the other thing. , but it of although he gets, he keeps countdown to restart and reboots and restarts, over and over again, never reboots, same screen. my computer won't let me out this screen even after I turned off the computer and turn it back on, I get the same screen. the only way I can get out of this is to erase my computer everything and bring it back to factory, right out of the box, this big headaches. Thanks for anyone who can help me. PS. Keep the answers in simple terms please.
Hi BSRC$, in stock
- You have security software installed on the computer?
- You receive an error message when you restart the computer?
Reinstalling Windows XP to the factory setting would not be the first option.
It is possible that some third-party programs or the services installed on the computer interfere with the installation of service pack 3.
I suggest that you try to uninstall service pack 3 from the computer by using the recovery console and subsequently ask the article below for what to do before installing the service pack 3on the computer.

Hello
Need help with my Mail window. I can't export my message to the PST format. I keep getting the message error "an error occurred during initialization of MAPI". Y at - it solution or another method?
Hi ErikLee,
Do you have MS Outlook installed on your computer?
Windows mail import and export opportunities are limited to an Outlook .pst file or an Exchange Server mailbox. They are available only if MS Outlook is installed.
If MS Outlook is not installed and you start an import or export action, the necessary support files are not present for Windows mail complete the operation. Then I suggest you to install Outlook temporarily and see if the problem is resolved.Follow the instructions below and check if the problem is resolved.
1. reboot your computer, and then start Windows Mail.
2. on the Tools menu, click Options.
3. in the connection tab, click on edit to open the Internet Properties dialog box.
4. in the tab programs, click on an application other than Windows mail e-mail in the e-mail list. Click on apply and then click OK.
5. click OK again to close the Options dialog box.
6. exit Windows mail and restart Windows mail.If this does not work, I suggest you upgrade to Windows Live Mail to import or export messages that may help you resolve the issue.
To download Windows Live Mail, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://get.live.com/wlmail/overviewFor more information about Windows Live Mail, see the Microsoft Web site at the following address:
http://windowshelp.Microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/4b30d3d6-abe2-46d1-a5fd-4a1ba786a1381033.mspxCheck whether the problem is resolved.
Please post back and let us know if it helped to solve your problem.

Windows 7 is not genuine, after the installation of windows 8 in dual boot.
When I want to upgrade to windows 8, Windows 7, I think I should try windows 8.
So, I installed windows 8 with dual boot.
But after the successful Windows installation 8, when I started my laptop with windows 7 OS, it shows that the copy of windows is not genuine.
What should I do?
How can I get my windows 7 back as it was?
Please help me... :'(
Download and run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool:
Download the tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=56062
Post your results (copy button) and paste the results in your answer. As a starting point, the first thing you should check is the section to three figures on the number of product ID, if it corresponds or is included in one or two digits of the examples below, you have probably a MSDN or TechNet product key. "These keys must not be sold for retail use.
065 066 067, 068, 069 to Ultimate, box 220 for professional and 230, 231, 232 area for Home Premium,
There are probably others, but they should be close to those that are displayed"
(How to be certain - download the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool listed above).Note: Though that illegally sold MSDN/TechNet allow product key for activation of more than one
(usually 5 or 10), so these keys can be sold "several times" before activation may fail.J W Stuart: http://www.pagestart.com

Hi all
As stated above, I am unable to start Lightroom 6 (standalone) after installation. I am able to launch, but I'm stuck on the boot screen (lightroom logo 6) with bezel does not no error. Would be grateful for any help, thank you very much!
Just a suite, I use Windows 7 (x 64). I talk with the cat from adobe and I was told to create a new Administrator windows account and reinstall LR by using this new account.
It worked for me, I am able to successfully access LR 6 using the newly created administrator account. I tried to follow up with another request - I have what patches can implement to my current user account so that I can access LR 6 using that account (and not the new windows user account). Unfortunately, I was told that cat Adobe does not support LR 6 and I am directed to ask my questions here.
Thanks a lot again!

Removal of partition of Windows 7 from Dual Boot Windows 7/8
I recently installed Windows 8 on PC from a parent, because it's the upgrade $ 14.99, uncertain about whether my parents would be as W8, I decided to double it start alongside W7. However, my parent loved W8 and he now uses as its main operating system. My problem is, how safely get rid of the partition of Windows 7? Try to remove it cause the laptop to be unable to boot because it seems that the boot files are still on the W7 partition. Is there a way to make the W8 the 'boot' partition, perhaps by creating / copying the boot somehow files?
Solved, here is how I fixed it in case someone else runs into a similar issue:
1 installed and run EasyBCD on Windows 8
2 open the BCD Backup/repair and C: set as default boot drive
3 used Minitool Partition to delete the partition in which Windows 7 has been installed and extend Win 8 partition on unallocated space
4 restarted, Dual Boot screen appeared, though there is only a single OS installed, so re-opened EasyBCD on Windows 8 and remove the entry from Windows 7 in Dual Boot menu
Note that this is a VERY good idea to keep a Windows 8 installation disc/USB on hand at any time during this procedure, in case something goes wrong.

Hello. I am currently using a Windows 10 Technical Preview in my office and want to install the official version of Windows 10. However, Microsoft has answered me, in order to install the FREE Windows Home 10 fresh new official retail version, I have to go back to the previous version which is Windows 7 then updated via windows update. I tried to check with HP Recovery Manager, but there is no option to return to windows 7. Only it has option to reset the tech 10 preview windows. So I went to the Microsoft website to download the ISO of Windows 7 files to install in flash player, it asks for the product key. And then I entered the key correctly which is stuck on my Windows product key sticker desktop. But he didn't and the message that this is a key of the OS preinstalled, contact your manufacturer. Now, I'm stuck with how to return to Windows 7! I need help ASAP! Thank you. I did backup and everything so much already.
Yes, M$ makes it seem as if the OEM product key will work, but it does not work. There are choices and it depends on how you wish to just to proceed.
As the model number is not included in the post, it is only a general Council, here. You can make one of these to restore Windows 7 to useful step.
(1) reinstall Windows from the recovery disks set - if you do not, order of HP for a low price ~ $ 25 - $30 US
(2) check if the recovery Partition (usually D :) there is and run recovery from that)
3) reinstall using Winows 7 retail disc and allows to activate the COA key
(4) buy 10 Windows and install

The problem is that the machine freezes completely without apparent reason, on all operating systems, I tried. "Freezes", I mean there is no reaction to the mouse movements, keyboard presses and start button / stop pressed off the coast. The gel seems to be at a random time and may occur even when the system is idle.
The Acer Travelmate 7750 G laptop came pre-installed with Windows 7 and it kept freezing. The machine has been updated level of Windows 8, 8.1, 10, then dual boot with Linux Mint 17.3. The machine froze on all operating systems. I have tested software hard drive, memory, CPU, GPU and they all managed very well. Is it someone who has knowledge about how to resolve or others troubleshoot this please?
RESOLVED - I installed a HDD replacement in December 2015 and the laptop Travelmate 7750 G works perfectly since. Cost me almost nothing compared to the price of the laptop. No freezing, crashing or anything else!
Thank you very much for your help.
