  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I understand that you are looking for help on how to enter the BIOS settings to set the CD/DVD drive as a boot device. I'm happy to help you.

  In case they are needed, here are the documents on how to make a reovery system to the factory, assuming that you have a backup partition or image of the resumption of the work of recovery.  In response to your original question on access to BIOS, I also pulled a second link on troubleshooting article and copied below (with a slight change, also in parentheses).

  Access to the BIOS/change boot order:

  If the CD/DVD drive cannot read recovery (or fix) drives and no error appears, the disc may be scratched, dirty or defective. In addition, the firmware of the drive may need to be updated to account for new disk media.

• External hard drive always autoplays when Windows comes out of sleep

  I put a new computer together and hava an annoying problem.  I have a Seagate external hard drive plugged into the usb port 3.  Every time Windows comes out of sleep, AutoPlay starts for the reader.  I used before this drive on my old build with this issue, although it was plugged into a usb port 2.

  I am currently using Windows 7 Professional x 64.

  Whenever the computer goes to sleep, the USB ports and all internal devices such as Bluetooth are turned off. When the computer comes out of standby mode, these devices are switched on. Once it is done with the USB ports, the connected device is also recognized as a new device and then autoplay starts. It is therefore normal.

  If you don't want autoplay, will start-> type autoplay--> press on enter. Remove the tick of Use AutoPlay for all media and devices. Click Save.

  I use Vshpere 5.1 and I need help to use PowerCLI out of information to audit some VM backups.

  My ultimate goal is to be able to verify which machines are being backed up.  Our backup tool uses instant VMware to run incremental backups so if we can follow what made instant due VM / deleted then we can better verify backups.

  I decided my inexperience with PowerCLI that it would be preferable for me to try a few small orders to see if I could get some decent results.

  Frankly, I was glad I was able to sign anything, but I'm confused as to why under "VM: 'told'"Vm: VMware.Vim.VmEventArgument"instead of the actual name of the VM."

• New GoPro camera need help with rate of 240 fps for idle

  I'm enjoying the possibilities offered by the new extreme sport GoPro camera and need help when it comes to using different rates in Premiere Pro. The pictures I brought in was shot at 240 fps and are indicated as such in the project Panel. However, when I preview the item in the Source Panel he rereads at normal speed and he has not slowed down. If it was shot at 240 fps so I think that Premiere Pro would play this back to 29.97 FPS and true would be slowed down.

  I am a beginner and you have to learn how to treat slow clips that I bring that are supposed to be slowed down.

  You are not wrong, exactly, but I must respond to some of your statements. Premiere Pro is not what some think to do this. Craig and I had this conversation recently. When it Premiere Pro sees 240 fps on a sequence of 24 frames per second, it gives executives. About 90% of them.

  Keep in mind that some people turn it quickly because the action is fast, and they want that expected as fast they can project.

  Let's say you have a movie projector that shows 24 fps. No matter what film reel you load into this projector, you see the film at 24 frames per second.

  Premiere Pro will change the 240 IPS or 60 frames per second to 24 frames per second by dropping frames. It is not generally what people want if they have bothered to get away with it. Yes, it shows you 24 fps, but by dropping frames, is not playing frames one at a time.

  This means that if you shoot at 48 frames per second, you get slowed down when projected at 24 frames per second.

  Only if interpret you it or use an effect to slow it down. The effect is not as accurate as the interpreter.

  Think of it THAT WAY and find out what you have to do to make your premiere pro version are TREATING your images like it is projected at 24 frames per second.  In other words, no boxes are deleted. No boxes are added. NOTHING moves the way you SHOT IT.  Each image you shot will be used exactly as you he turned.

  Once again, that if interpret you it this way.

  This is NOT MATH or EFFECTS etc.

  Well, if interpret you it this is not mathematics, but if you slow down using a percentage, then it is math, and I do not think that it slows down the effect of which is the right way to do it.

  If you can not Surdemarrage or shoot at a higher rate, interpolation is all you have. But Ken did not have this problem, thank God.

  If you don't know exactly which continues with the sequences interpret things adobe has some help specify exactly files.

  There's not much to it. If you want to slow down 50% interpret it at 120 frames per second. If you want to slow down 90%, interpret it to 24 fps. Anything in between is up to you.

In this instance of symbol, get the value of the variable. In this instance of symbol, use the image name in the variable to replace the default image. Question: How do the job 4 to 6 step? I have 1-3 working smoothly. P.S. my last work of dev is waaaaay returns with the Director, PHP and ColdFusion.   A big thank you Tim (?)!  You saved me a lot of hours on this project.  I'm still learning more jQuery / javascript behind Edge.  Could you assess if my interpretation of the loop content is accurate?  This is my understanding of the code is more limited:

  • SYM. $(array_btns [i]) - access to jQuery object associated with the element of border.
  • MouseEnter (...), - the content define the code to be executed during the passage of the mouse.
  • {obj:array_btns [i]} - refers to the element in the jQuery object, represented by the symbol of edge
  • function {...} - function to run on the given event within the given object/symbol.  The role of the "e" parameter is something I'm not clear on that.  The flow of the code, it seems to represent the edge symbol that contains the element that will be affected by the code.
  • var = e.data.obj BTN - implements a variable to refer to the side of edge.  I think it is the same symbol as number 1 above.
  • sym.getSymbol (btn).$("over").fadeIn (500) - runs the jquery code for fade in at the moment the jQuery "over" event is triggered.

  Also, I'm about to start testing to see if it works in nested symbols.   I guess compositionReady Trigger for each symbol, I can create a [array_btns] and then call sym.getComposition () .setup_btns ()?

  I put a lot of work perfecting my PC video and audio over the past 2 years, the PC in question is one p6313w of HP.

  I had installed a powerful graphics to the computer, a surround sound equipped and the whole lot.

  One of the things I did, one day I got a wild hair and decided to update all my drivers. Video and audio to be exactly.

  In this process, due to not knowing where to go, I had picked up a unique Trojan horse, which has my AV had eliminated easily without problem.

  Also, I had messed up my sound in fact and had to default from the original.

  Given the way I am with tinker around on computers, I continued and eventually found a new driver for my sound card.

  In this new edition, instead of having a list of styles for the equalizer to choice, I had a full blown Equalizer I could color tone and adjust. After playing with him every day for several months, I was absolutely perfect. Had amazing bass and treble sounded quite realistic.

  That being said, I turned off and tried my old style of the equalizer, I chose months back, and it was so false sounded I couldn't because my toned custom Equalizer was much, much better.

  I've never had problems with my computer, only that I had so much stuff on it gathered over the years, I decided to clean.

  Instead of each individual program one by one, I backed up EVERYTHING on a terabyte USB HDD. One of the things that I couldn't back up is this updated driver.

  I rebooted and put things up. Everything is running smooth as always (Freaking Love HP computers).

  I entered a game then has heard the noise and was screaming, I forgot to get the update of the driver.

  I was always happy with my speakers and their sound, but after hearing what could do a custom equalizer to adapt to my own ears, I can't I ever get back to the base driver.

  The problem is, I have absolutely no idea where to find this time, as it took days for the last time.
