  I've updated the BIOS, video drivers, sound card drivers.  I had the exclamation on 2 "devices, Bluetooth unknown" that I went and actually stop points in the BIOS to get rid of them.  Any help would be appreciated!  A work-around, I'm considering is all simply not using sleep/turn into hibernation and just off... or just leaving perpetually.  I would have obviously preferred a solution.

• Need help to diagnose the regular system analysis on iMac - processors maxed out

  I need help to identify the cause of a problem that occurs at least 2 - 3 times per day using my iMac (27-inch, mid 2010) running 10.11.5.

  I will use my iMac and then all at once things will start to really trolling. To the point of being completely unusable. Even if I'm able to move my cursor, then click to drag the windows around the screen nothing does really.

  I have iStat menus running so that can see graphics in my menu bar that all 4 cores are completely overfished. Occasionally, I was fast enough to launch the activity monitor to try to see what applications / services are responsible for, the use of % CPU column is completely empty of values, so I can't identify the culprits in a reliable way. I try to keep that column sorted by % CPU use in the hope that he could reveal something and normally it's the kernel_task who is up there.

  I use a Wacom Bamboo dated Tablet (MTE - 450 has) instead of a mouse, and at one point, I was convinced the pilot of PenTabletDrive it is based on was to blame. I contacted Wacom on this subject, and although there is no known issues they pointed out that although the latest drivers will allow me to use the tablet that they no longer support older devices. I was wondering if there was a problem of communication between the device and a driver that is no longer supported. I installed the latest driver supported for my tablet, but the problems persist.

  It may be interesting to note that, when my computer is in this semi-frozen state, I am able to launch the window enough force and quit all open applications leaving me with only the Finder. I guess that means that there are none of my apps running and it is probably one of the services. If I restart the Finder system grinds to a completely enclosed holt.

  I hope someone can let me know what I can find in the Console or elsewhere to help me finally zero in on what is to blame. I can share a log if that helps.

  If this laptop is designed for Windows 7, you might not ever be able to get Windows XP to work on it.  Ask the manufacturer.

• I need help to install my old Acrobat on new computer

  I had Acrobat 9.0 Standard on my old computer. I've logged into my account and was able to download this version on my new computer, but when I type in the original serial number during installation, and then click Next, it says, check the upgrade: you have entered the serial number indicates that your installation is an upgrade from Acrobat Standard version. • Need help, troubleshooting a LAN hotel (captive portal)

  This problem is not specific to Firefox, but I'm trying to see how I can use Firefox debugging features to solve a network problem. I stay in a hotel in China that uses a so-called "captive portal" to authenticate individuals before using the network. (This means that his first action navigation is redirected to the web page of the hotel for entering login information - as is often done in cafes, etc.).   I'm trying to find an answer to help someone else troubleshoot.

  * Don't forget to download any other DMP files (especially those running auditor)

  
  1 - Memtest.

  * Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. http://www.memtest.org

  * Boot from the CD and let it run at least 5 or 6 passes.

  * Don't forget, anytime Memtest reports errors, it can be bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

  * Test the sticks individually and if you find a good, test it in all slots.

  Any error is indicative of a memory problem.

  If a well-known stick fails in a slot of motherboard, it's probably the slot.

  
  2. Driver Verifier

  Using Driver Verifier is a dubious proposition. Most of the time it will crash and it will tell you what is the driver.

  * But sometimes it will crash and will not tell you the driver.

  * At other times it will crash until you can connect to Windows. If you can't mode without failure, then you will have to resort to editing the registry offline to disable driver verifier.

  * I would suggest that you first back up your data and make sure that you have access to another computer so you can contact us in case of problems.

  So, here is the procedure:
  -Go to start and type "auditor" (without the quotes) and press enter
  -Select 'Create a custom settings (for code developers)' and click 'Next '.
  -Select "Select individual settings from the list complete" and click "Next".
  -Select the entire document except for "Low resource Simulation" and click "next".
  -Select "Select driver names from a list", then click "next".
  * Select all drivers that are NOT supplied by Microsoft and click on "Next".
  -On the next page, select "Finish".

  * Restart the system and wait as he crashed to blue screen.

  * Continue to use your system normally and if you know what are the causes of the crash, do it several times. The objective here is to get the system crash because Driver Verifier is stressing out the drivers. If it is not planted for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation.

  There are a few things that are not effective in your workflow and your approach.

  Lets talk first about the Illustrator files in After Effects. There is no other advantage in converting a vector layer to a shape. NONE.

  Second, if you want to hide an adjustment layer then you can draw the mask directly on the adjustment layer or any layer with transparency, including an illustrator layer, layer photoshop, any hidden layer or layer shape directly on top of the adjustment layer and use this layer with transparency as an Alpha or Alpha reverse cache by approach to the adjustment layer.

  I don't know any way to directly put the handles. As Xbytor says, most writers I know not to make the transformation in the GUI with the plugin from scriptlistner running to get the parameters or the value of the DialogModes DialogModes.ALL and allow the user of the script do the transformation.

  If you really want to understand the transformation below descriptor is my notes on the descriptor. Note to does not work as is. It is just for comments and does not all string parameters.

  Everything seems simple are you I just want to make one thing such that to rotate or translate. He also seems to be ok if you want to translate, scale, rotate and tilt in one direction.

  When you try to do all that things get strange. Is now greater output of scriptlistner parameters in the options bar, and these changes vary with which point anchor is used.

  I let fall a long time ago trying to understand this and now follow the suggestion to use different saved transformations or let the user themselves.

• Need help with transformation Script

  Well I'm back for the 2nd time today. I would like to thank all those who helped me with my last issue. But now I have another question that I'm developing. Craig & Dan here me helped with 2 separate sending email responders based on questions in the form.

  The problem I have right now, is that I don't get the results that I'm looking. Basically lets say you choose Yes to all 4 questions but on the 5th issue, you click on no. Well as it is now the script sends the answer by e-mail indicating your accepted. But what I'm trying to make, is that if you choose not to one of the questions you will automatically get an e-mail response that says you are not admitted.
  
  If I choose not to question, I'll get the answer correct email which is "your not accepted" to make it work for the first question. But if you choose Yes to the first question and no to the 2nd or any other question you will get the wrong answer that says "you are accepted."

  If I understand you well, all your if/else logic boils down to a simple:
  (1) one of the answers is "No" - send 'rejected' by email
  (2) all the answers are "Yes" - email "accepted."

  I suggest you cfparam all default = 'no' on your action and answers
  the page, so that you don't have to keep control of structkeyexists:

  After that, all you need is:

• BlackBerry smartphones, need help on the slow loading time

  I hope someone can help me with a problem with my Storm.

  I have a lot of lag when opening a number of apps on my Storm. For example, the opening to the top of the music, the screen will freeze for about a minute before finally moving to the correct screen.

  I tried to remove a larger file (a movie) and it has no positive effect on this problem.

  Anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem?

  You have several icons that you can click on when you are on the homepage of the storm.  The only icons that I have now showing are:
  Messages

  SMS and MMS

  Voice dialing

  Applications

  Setup

  Downloads

  Games

  Instant Messaging

  I moved all the other stuff in my Applications or Setup file.  All you have to do is highlight the icon, then click on the butten beside the Green talk button.  You can just click on move to a folder and then it will ask you with what folder to put it in.  Once you bring it about 8 icons, remove the battery and reinstall it.  That will reset everything and you will free up some memory.

  I used Photoshop Elements 8 for a while now without any problems. I don't have to make any changes on my computer or the program recently. Today, when I went to shadow behind the text, I could, but then when I hit the "fx" on the layer button the program kind of freezes. The box that opens when you normally hit fx has no pop up. I can't click on another layer, I can't deselect, I can't open menu options. When I click on my canvas, the only thing I can do is to move the shadow autour - separated from the text. Since I can not click anything else (including the x to close the program) I have to force quit the application. It doesn't matter what file, I'm working on or what special effect I am applying. When I open the old files, I have finished I can't change is the fx. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, and I restarted my computer. Any other suggestions?

  Try resetting the preferences of your application files. Uninstall/reinstall will not fix corrupted preference files because they are stored outside the program folder.

  If Windows, press and hold in ctrl + shift + alt keys as you launch the editor. Do not release the three keys until a dialog box appears that says something to the effect of 'Settings file remove Adobe Photoshop Elements?' Once this dialog box is displayed, you can disseminate these three keys. Click 'Ok' to accept.

  If on a Mac, use the instructions above, except change the shortcut cmd + shift + opt keys.

  This corrects the problem?

  Edit: If this does not work, try to delete the file mediadatabase.db3. See post #1 on where to find that for different OS and how:
