Need information on the ISO of Windows 7 upgrade

Hi all

I have Windows 7 Upgrade key and I want to download the ISO of Windows 7 Upgrade. But it seems that all responses are directed to the location of Digital River that no longer exists. Instead, this Web page are asked to visit the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery page.

And when I use this address, connection just times out with Error 502 server.

Someone know where I can get the upgrade of ISOs?

Thank you

Jack

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:

Your license is the product key.

If you buy the Windows 8.1 media retail, you can use it to make an upgrade of 64 bit Windows 8 Pro on-site. You have to specifically buy Windows Pro 8.1 detail which will include the 64 and 32 bit DVD. The OEM System Builder License will not allow this.

    Hello

As it is a Custom Build by Ironside was computers, you will need to communicate with them in a way to reinstall the operating system, they are required by Microsoft to provide the purchase

You don't say if the COA sticker on the computer case is retail or OEM System builders license.

If by chance, they installed a retail license:

The only legal Windows 7 download available is now Microsoft, as Microsoft has stopped DigitalRiver Windows 7 ISO downloads.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery

But Microsoft only provides these downloads for Windows 7 keys to selling product at retail, not preinstalled OEM product keys.

    Otherwise:

Or you can also borrow the same exact retail edition DVD of Windows 7 and use your product key to reinstall.

    Or communicate with computers Ironside.

I have Windows 8 on my laptop and I want to upgrade to Windows 8. 1. I have two options:
    Since Windows Store
Installation of Windows Media creation tools.
Upgrade a downloaded ISO of Windows to install Windows Media creation tools 8.1 will ask me for any product key or it will update just as if update Windows Store?
I have no product key. Upgrade the Windows store and even ISO file?

    Hello

If you download the Installation of Windows Media creation ISO tool or create a flash drive, you will not have to download it again if something goes wrong... This would be my choice...

It will be activated after installation is complete, it will use the same license as your current 8 Win...

You will make the upgrade of Windows while it is running, only not by starting with ISO or any other bootable media...

The creation of media Windows Installation tool will not ask a key download ISO...

The creation of media Windows Installation tool will not install upgrade... You will need to start the process yourself...
