  to restore back to zero, you have the following options:

  -buy the OS you have on your hard drive, install and then use the CD tools & utilities to install all the drivers and tools

  If no recovery has been delivered with your machine, then you have the recovery on your HARD drive. But it s no problem to burn it on CD/DVD:

  In your start bar go to Toshiba and Toshiba utility; There should be a program called "recovery disc creator" or similar. This program writes the your Windows Recovery Image to a blank CD/DVD.

  Just click on start-> programs-> Toshiba (I guess)-> utilities Toshiba-> (and then you have to get, since I Don t he not know exactly, but it should be there)

  Unfortunately, the Toshiba Vista tools or utilities for Qosmio F20 don t it.
  As far as I know the Qosmio F20 series and the G20 have been designed and equipped only with the XP operating system and so Vista drivers were not released.

  You can try to search for some unique drivers on Internet sites s chip maker but features such as the control keys or the FN buttons will not work with Vista :(

  I don't have time to check it all, but I think all the drivers for WXP MCE should be available on the download page of Toshiba under http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/

  You can also try to find missing drivers on Toshiba European page under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp (product type > Archive). I guess that there is not much difference between the Australians and Europeans Qosmio F20.

  Hmm I m not very good if you might be able to get this disc because the laptop computer s a little more old but if it is possible, then you should be able to order this disc of recovery of the ASP in your country. Just ask the guys for this disc, and perhaps they could command on the Toshiba.

  I put t really understand why you have these big problems with the installation of the driver.
  The installation instructions document was placed on the European driver Toshiba page!
  This txt file describes how to install the drivers and the drivers are needed.

  Simply download all the drivers and install this, in the right order.

  That s all and in my opinion that s enough!
