  I suggest you follow the steps to run the internet connection Troubleshooter:

  Follow the steps below:

  (a) affects Windows and x together and select Control Panel.
  (b) click on troubleshooting.
  (c) click show all in the left side panel.
  (d) click on Internet connections.
  (e) follow the on-screen instructions to resolve this problem.

• Trying to install my CS4 Master Collection on my new computer and it says the Installer database is corrupt?

  I just got a new computer because my last one died and I can not install my CS4.  I know it's old, but I've spent more than $1000 on it and it worked very well for me.  When I try to install it gives me an error message saying that the Installer database is corrupt.  Try to install on a system Windows 8.   Thank you, Jeff.  I found on another thread to uninstall other Adobe products and then install them after you have installed the CS product.  I uninstalled elements and CS4 installs fine now.  It's kind of a pain, but at least I can use it again.  I hope that I can re - install items with no problem, I like to use the photo database in the program elements.  Thanks again.

  So if you have used the Time Machine feature for dos applications, then I advise you to uninstall and reinstall the applications.

  You will need the serial number.  The product code is not going to be invaluable.  Try checking your account Adobe online - if you have registered the software, then it should be available here - if you mean that you are unable to access the account information and then you won't have to go other than to see if the customer is ready to check your information.

  that option is not to uninstall, it is disconnected.

  Click Yes and disconnect all others.  then you can connect on the one you want.

  If you registered with Adobe, the serial number is the Adobe ID and the password that will be used.

  Otherwise, it will work as a giving fully functional 30-day trial you time to find the package.

  You can try with below steps if you want:

  Folder Temp light 1).

  (2) close all running Applications.

  (3) close webistes all opened browser.

  (4)disable the firewall temporarily.

  (5) open only Adobe Web site as it is safe and secure site free of all kind of threats.

  (6) then try to download CS 6 Design Standard and check.

  Note: Though the firewall is disabled. do not open applications, files or even other Web sites.

  Or if you think it is still very slow and would not turn off the firewall , you can try with 3' rd party like download managers: IInternet Download Manager , which is more efficient than the browser built in downloader.
