• You need to install MS Office Pro 2007 on new computer after motherboard crashed on the old computer.

  I have a license for MS Office Pro 2007 (US only) (OEM) that came with a new Dell laptop.  The motherboard on the computer crashed and I bought a new computer (Dell no).  Of course, I can't uninstall Office from your old computer.  Can I use my existing license to install/activate the Office on my new computer.  The new computer has the trial version which allows 25 uses.  My product key does not work because it has not been uninstalled or disabled (I guess).

  Your product key does not work because you can not use it to "move" from an edition of the trial and because it has already been used (on the other system).  You must do it manually and I do not know the manual process for Office products.  As an OEM license, I do not think it can be moved to another machine - but if this applies to operating systems, I am not sure that it applies to the Office products (I've never had this issue before).  It may be perfectly fine once you uninstall the trial and download the appropriate version of Microsoft.  You need to ask the experts.

  You use a Mac?  It might be the Mac you have to enter your system password.

  If you are installing an upgrade, for example, CS3 or CS4 then you don't have not need to first install the full version of CS.

  Everything you need to do is install the latest version of the software (even if it's an upgrade), enter the upgrade serial number, then enter the serial number of any earlier version of qualification (although this is also an upgrade).

  Then, you good to go.

He has then spent hours clicking on each file before displaying the contents of the directory. It was taking so long with the green bar and drive hard madly flashing I thought it hung. On the advice of my wife, I contacted a House local tech. A very nice boy said that the process takes a long time and the flashing green bar means it is working properly. So, I took the laptop to my basement store where I could keep an eye on it while working on my model railroad. In three hours the files appeared and I was able to start the transfer of the directories. The root directory of my image was 39 000 images. Yet once, this forum has been the one who has the right answer.

  You may have installed on a computer at a given time, if you simply replace the drive because the old one fails then you can install it on your new drive on the same computer.

  Now, I want to install Lightroom on Mac #2 5. Can I install and activate the v4, but when I install v5 it offers me an upgrade of activation. The only permit it seems to want is a full v5 one (it does not accept my key to upgrade to v5).

  The most likely cause is the program that wants to use Java's only request the use of Apple legacy Java 6. That the developers didn't like enough to have use Java the right way, you need to install Apple legacy Java 6 or uninstall the program that wants to use Java - likely produced Adobe or a Facebook video chat program.

So far so good. But last night Microsoft installed upgrading of version newest and he needs to re - install SoundMAX inorder to give back me my audio. What drivers and do I use to thios OS, because HP has only drivers for this model of laptop until Windows Vista? If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

  I would try the Vista audio driver from support of your PC and driver page.

  You may need to install manually if auto installation does not work.

  It's fun to experiment with operating systems.

  I currently hit a brick with the latest version W10 wall on my HP Elitebook 6930p.

  Everything worked great until the latest version is out.

  Now I get a Code of 12 on my reader (not enough system resources).

  I pointed out the error, as well as not being able to get rid of the lock screen, even if I set group policy to disable.

  When the next generation comes out, I'll give it another shot.
