  It shows the message that you have found that you install using an upgrade license.  The version that you choose in the list must be the older version that you upgraded, and then you will need to provide the serial number as well.

  If you do not disable Acrobat before you clean the machine then you will need to contact the Support from Adobe via chat and ask them to reset your activations so that you will be able to activate the new installation.  If you turn off before cleaning, then you should be all set in this regard.
