Need to remove an additional program.

Original title: I have two differt om my computer programs do not how additional deleate one I did anyone can tell me how?

A reader has been filled so I made a notherone but now I cleaned up my old one and I liked what I did. I'm not good at all this computer stuff but I am lerning T shur its simpel coil on what he do.

Hello curtissmith_988,

By "a disk was filling so I made a notherone," I guess you mean that your c: drive is complete and you have created another partition but now that you want to delete this partition. I that reason for this assumption?

If so, you must open disk management and delete the unwanted partition. To do that follow these steps:

Important: If there is any data on the partition that you want to keep make sure you move to another drive or it back up to a memory stick. Deleting the partition will erase all data on this partition. Also, make sure that you delete the correct partition before you begin the delete process

1. click on the Start button

2. in the drop down menu, click on Control Panel.

3. in Control Panel, click the Administrative Tools icon.

4. in the Administrative Tools window look for the computer management option and click (or double-click) on it.

5. in the computer management window, click management records (under storage on the left of the screen).

6. a list of your partitions now appears with a graphic under display.

7. look for the partition you want to delete, right click on it. You can use the text description of the disks or the GUI.

8. a drop down menu will be displayed.

9. in the drop down menu, click Delete volume.

10. a message will appear telling you that "the deletion of this volume will erase all data on it. Backup of data you want to keep before deleting. Would continue you? "

11. If you want to continue click on the OK button and the partition will be deleted.

It is here that your do not get everything you want.

Either redirect all messages in local folders as I've mentioned, and in the process lose the address named one. (you can change the name of the local folders, you do.)

  • removing an unwanted program

I tried to remove an unwanted program from my computer, nothing helps. When I try to remove it, I get the message, there is no, so we can't delete. But the program pretty still shows on my list of programs and the space you need on my computer. Every other time when I removed a program, the program has been removed and unlisted. Why is this program still on the list, and it seems that it is still on my computer? The program is PC Maximizer, one of these PC repair operations. What every opinion continues? Is this "thing" still in my system? If this is not the case, why is it always appear on my lists of programs? Thank you.

    Try this application.

All files in the TEMP folder can be removed by using disk cleanup you do not here.

Do not perform any upgrade suggestions while there is no threath of malware on the computer.

To upgrade to Windows 7, you should check with the manufacturer of system and various device manufacturers to ensure
There is some BIOS, drivers from the chipset level low and other important drivers for your system. Check their
forums for known issues with an upgrade.

Run the Upgrade Advisor, and check with the center of compatibility for your key features.

2 outside wireless users interfere with my wifi connection. Cannot remove them. Today, my wifi was totally blocked on Windows 8 with an asterisk in addition to the wifi icon. Finally, shut down the computer for a while, started again and immediately accessible all 3 networks and disconnected two parasites. However, computer won't let me remove them entirely (i.e., no ' delete'). Is there a way to do it - makes me crazy? One person suggested access "Manage network connections", but couldn't find where, he said, it would be. Thank you.

    Hello

Thanks for the reply. Refer to these methods and check the status of the issue.

    Method 1:

    a. open the charms bar, click/click on settingsand then click / tap on the Network icon.

    b. click right , or tap and hold on the wireless network (ex: Brink-router) in the list of networksand click/click on forget this network.

Note: Windows does not provide the option 'Forget this network' if there is a profile high-speed Mobile which is supplied by the carrier. The option appears only when a custom or user profile is created.

Note: 'Forget this network' is not available for networks wireless listed that not create you a network profile for.

    Method 2:

Alternatively, you can refer to this method:

    a. press the Windows and X keys .

    b. click on (Admin) command prompt.

    (c) in the command prompt, copy and paste the following command and press ENTER.

NOTE: this command will give you the list of all profiles of wireless network on your PC.

    netsh wlan show profiles

    d. in the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER.

NOTE: this command will delete the wireless network profile.

netsh wlan delete profile name = "WirelessProfileName".

For example, if I wanted to delete my profile from the 7shp (name) listed wireless network, I must type the following command exactly.

    " netsh wlan delete profile name = ' ' 7shp '

    e. close the command prompt and check the status of the issue.
