• Need advice: How do I add markers in a dance of long chapters or sections

  Hi guys, need your general advice on that. First of all, I have to clarify my understanding of the 'markers' because I read and reread the help pages and I hope that I interpret it correctly. As I read it, a marker is nothing more than a marker used only by me, the editor in Chief, while a chapter marker is used by still and has a chapter on the DVD. is this fair? In other words, a "marker" is not used by the DVD player. Don't I have that right? That being said, here is my question.

  My project is a wedding video. I added (for booster use) usual chapter markers to a handful of points along the timeline. I have a chapter of 'dance' which is quite long - 45 minutes. I want the user to be able to hit 'next' on this chapter to navigate through the duration of 45 minutes of dance, but I don't want them to be chapter marks yet. So when they arrive at the dance chapter, if they hit 'next', they will advance 5 minutes in the chapter and so on... then hit and goes 5 minutes that follow.

  Is this possible? I know there is a menu option again to "create markers every x minutes" but I only want that to happen in this chapter of dance individual, the length of the DVD.

  One approach that I thought was just create the reminder of chapter markers, let create menus with links to the timeline and then delete menus that result.  Would that be bad?

  My method is to 'send to' full video with 1 chronology.

  Go again, then -> Adobe dynamic link-> sequence PR importing files.

  You can add as many sequences as you want.

  If, for example, that the sequence of dance in the middle of the film, you neck ld have 3 sequence in PR (dance pre content, content in dance and dance after). You set chapter markers in public relations for the sequences of the first and the last and set markers in EN for the dance sequence.

  Why are you suggesting that the HARD disk works 10 times slower than expected? Did you use the 3rd party diagnostic software?
  Usually to the IDE of rally driver must be installed during the operating system installation procedure to install Windows. So I think tat you will find any driver IDE master bus on the Toshiba site.

  Fan of my Pavilion dv6-2173 quit like the portable unit. There is no way to restart it without replacing the fan that I was going to do, so I bought a new MacBook Pro. The hard drive on the HP was fine, so I removed and got an envelope to make it an auxiliary hard drive. And I want to capture all my data files. Unfortunately, I can't find them. The drive reads very well and all subdirectories arcane of Windows appear, but I can't find the library or my personal data. I talked to Apple and they said that I probably need to use Boot Camp, capture a Windows 7 or 8 ISO file and a Windows OEM Installer (it's HP). I run into a few roadblocks, trying to put all these things together. Boot Camp was easy because it is already preloaded in the MAC, but I'm having trouble finding an ISO of Windows on the Microsoft Web site and can't find a WIndows 7 / 8 installer from the HP site.  Then... of ideas?

  I was able to capture the data using the laptop of my grandson and move it across to another remote drive with FAT32 format. But it took five hours. His computer wouldn't let me access the data until I gave her administrative ok for each of the major directories. He has then spent hours clicking on each file before displaying the contents of the directory. It was taking so long with the green bar and drive hard madly flashing I thought it hung. On the advice of my wife, I contacted a House local tech. A very nice boy said that the process takes a long time and the flashing green bar means it is working properly. So, I took the laptop to my basement store where I could keep an eye on it while working on my model railroad. In three hours the files appeared and I was able to start the transfer of the directories. The root directory of my image was 39 000 images. Yet once, this forum has been the one who has the right answer.

  I get a blue screen STOP after the replacement of SSD drives. I had taken a picture SpotMau the week before so, fortunately, (I think) I will not lose a lot of work. Now, after the restoration of the image on a new SSD, I get a blue screen with:

  I have looked for help on this STOP and tells me that I need to change the setting from AHCI to IDE, let the operating system pick up the new device driver and then update after reboot. I know where to do on Dell and Lenovo machines, but this HP doesn't seem to have this option.

  Can I update a BIOS later (the latest is sp55068 - F.1B) or make another change to allow me to make this change?

  If it helps, Win7 x 64 with 4 GB of RAM on a 128 GB SSD. The old, defective, SSD was also 128 GB.

  I tried to put in a 'normal' 320 GB 'plateau' HARD drive but get the same error so assume (with care) that it is relative to the creation of the AHCI/IDE.

  In case someone is interested, problem solved.

  It had nothing to do with the BIOS or defective material. SpotMau (for some reason any) created a partition of 100 MB to the front of the drive during the process of the image. This is in addition to the "SYSTEM" partition that creates Windows 7. Using the partition tool that comes with SpotMau I deleted this partition, fixed the boot record (also with a SpotMau tool) and hey-presto, everything works again.

• RV180 need some advice/Suggestion regarding the rules of access and Services

  Hi, I expected to get some advice or suggestion with a RV180 question.  I have a cable modem connection that connects to my port WAN RV180 and we have a single static IP address on the WAN port and everything works great.  We have an internal Exchange Server, so we have a few inbound rules access allowing for ports 443 and 25.  It all works.

  This is the question that I encounter.  We have now another service internal now needs outside inside access on port 443 (https), but I already have this configuration on the router for Exchange and when I have both sense, of course, it won't work correctly because the router just takes the first rules of access and use the one that works very well for traffic Exchange , but not my other service.

  Is there another way to get this job where I can have two internal services on port 443 and the router can forward traffic appropriate to each of them since my first IP? (it doesn't really matter if I had two IP addresses because it always hits the same access list for internal services)

  Hi, yours is a general networking, not specific to RV180 problem.

  As you have only one IP public (on the WAN port), you only have a single port 443, you can support two services outside-to-inside.

  The cheapest solution is one of the services to another port, if the service permits.

  The most expensive solution is to have public IP addresses.

  Just to start fooling around with the shooting script of this aspects, it's a little foreign to me until now (I'm used to shooting scripts in a format of columns and rows multi with boxes with a line), but came through a question.

  When adding a coup (in the non-destructive version of this phase, one where it doesn't turn all for all uppercase) and using the space bar to add elements of shooting menu drop-down lists... is it possible to add our own choices to these menus?

  Specifically "movement of the camera." I wish I could add something to this menu that represents just a nice normal locked no shot movement. I really don't want to use steadicam because it implies the movement. I want to use 'locked off the coast', 'static' or even 'tripod' would work.

  You need to know which column mainly used in queries?

  If most of the request uses ID column, then partition of hash on ID will be beneficial.

• Suggest to add Inverse Kinematics or export can be updated live track points in after the effects of the next version.

  It's just a suggestion, but you must add the Inverse Kinematics script for animation character of Duik.  It's amazing, and I think that some would prefer rigid elbow for some situations.

  If it is not possible maybe have a way to export null values (of origin, handles mouse track or dangle handles points) to After effects with information of location, so you can parent of things to the puppet like the arms and legs or objects on-site.   Currently I use to do this with the bright green followed by points of motion tracking, but I'd rather be able to data real experts numbered that would update when I change the animation of character animation, so I wouldn't have to re - follow all.

  Personally I don't think it would be that difficult because programs 3D already do and I think after effects can export it keeps track of information of a XY origin position.

  I would like to know if it is something in the works.

  Hi Lance... Thanks for the comments/suggestions. Both are areas we are deliberate or study for future versions. Nothing more to announce at the moment, however.
