  They differ. On one of mine, a MS mouse, there is a slightly recessed button with Open impressed in it. Press it firmly, a small part of the back ejects. You enter that and outword traction and a sled emerges which contains a single AA battery. On the other, a creation of Logitech, there is a blade spring on the bottom Board, under which you want to slide forward. A piece of the upper shell falls revealing a compartment holding two AA batteries.

• Satellite L850-1PD - question battery compatibility

  Hello.

  My battery is really bad and I would like to buy a new one. I took a glance at the Web of Toshiba site and in the battery section I found the battery with it (* PA5110U-1BRS *) reference number is compatible with my laptop.

  The problem is my laptop battery has this (* PA5024U-1BRS *) reference number which is different from the one above.

  I would like to know if this battery is really compatible with mine and if not, what batteries (part number) are?

  PA5110U-1BRS is certainly compatible with the L850 Satellite as well as other models of laptops and in addition the Web site offers this note:

  This battery has the same compatibility as the primary Li Ion battery (manufacturer: PA5024U-1BRS, 48Wh) which was delivered with some laptops. This is the direct replacement for Toshiba primary 6-Cell Li Ion battery (manufacturer: PA5025U-1BRS)

  I don't know in which country you live, but you can check out options and accessories for your Portege M800. Visit the Toshiba page that belongs to your country and visit the section "Options & accessories".

  You will find option select your laptop model to view a list of compatible and accessory options. It allows to find all the options available for your Portege. Compatible batteries appears too.

  I wouldn't do it.  Note the spare batteries available on the website of OWC:

  They have a specific battery of 2010, then a different battery for 2012 and newer models.  It is fair to say that they are different.

  The link for the battery you have posted is Satellite A200 and not for A300D. In addition, the references are different.

  I put t understand why you buy t the same battery again. I mean that you already have the part number (PA3633U-1BTM) and if you do a Google search for this number, you can find many online stores they listed this battery.

  Also an authorized service provider can provide you with original Toshiba spare parts and order the correct battery for you. Do you know how to contact the guys?

  AFAIK the camcorder Camileo P10 needs called battery * NP60 * (1050 mAh)
  This battery is compatible with the Camileo P10, P20, P30 HD Pro, pro, S10 S10 P 10 20 30

  The Camileo H30 needs * battery NP120 * so it s certainly NOT compatible!

  My apologies if this question is in the wrong part of the forum but I need help with a problem of battery for my Toshiba laptop.

  I have a Satellite A300 and did it for about 4 years.
  Battery recently not to organize free and put this up to age so I ordered a new online.
  My previous battery had issue PA3534U-1BRS DC 10.8V and 4000 mAh and my new battery PA3534U-1BRS DC 10.8V and 4000 mAh.

  The problem is that the computer does not seem to like it.
  If I put the battery and connect the power adapter red battery icon will show and stay for about 5 minutes before you start to Flash.
  When I turn on the computer and log on to the computer displays "battery not detected" in the battery in the tool bar icon.
  I couldn't so far to charge the battery.

  What I am doing wrong? Any ideas on how I can get around this?

  First of all there are no many things that must be done if you replace the battery.
  The new battery should be automatically recognized by laptop and the Windows System.
  If it s not the case, then the battery is not completely compatible or malfunctioning.

  There are several batteries on the market; origin and original parts parts
  I recommend buying an original Toshiba Toshiba service block in your country.
  In this case, you can be sure that you bought a fair and good share for your laptop to 100%.

  Why not. Remove the battery, check the number of PA it and use it for the new order of the stack.
  I'm sure Googling around you'll find an online store in your country where you can order a new one.

  I think you can use batteries PA3420U-1BAS and PA3420U-1BRS with your Equium L20.

  As far as I know you don t need new adapter sector but UK adapter USA.

  I recently bought a Toshiba NB 200-122 Mini Netbook, I tried to use all the power options (full power)... always shows 15% battery (charge) even if I kept it charging for a day in hibernation mode... (when connected to the power unit).

  Other laptops would be fully load 100% when it is connected to the unit of power for one day...

  Why the netbook battery is slow or not clean load?...

  I agree with the user above. You should try a BIOS update you can find the Toshiba site. Before applying it, close all programs running also your antivirus and firewall and make sure that you are logged on as administrator.

  In the worst case you battery is damaged or some cells in it. You can get a spare to an authorized service provider.
