Network access slow - 289 KB/s on the network of Gig
I have problems with network file functions in Windows 7. It takes about 25 seconds to copy 100 files and 12 folders which has a total area of 3.88 MB. The system reports only a speed about 289 kb - although I don't know it's exact.
I did the "clean boot" and still have the same results. However, when I boot mode safe mode with networking, file transfer is almost instantaneous (as it should).
Any help how to solve this problem is appreciated.
I determined the problem to be with a third party application called PowerDesk Pro type Explorer. Uninstall this application solves the problem.

I have a drive mapped to the network, but (My Computer) icon is a folder. I get access denied when I click on the drive. But if I open windows Explorer, I can access the drive mapped without problems. Win Xp

I have my laptop can't detect a wireless adapter or access point. It shows that the network connection is excellent but I can't always connect to the internet. iMac very slow and short HOT. the fan runs almost constantly
My iMac 2011 short middle slow and often gets "the ball" of the computer runs hot (uncomfortable keep the hand on top) and the fan is almost always running. Activity monitor shows the low CPU usage. Any ideas?

Avoid using third-party software that claims to clean your computer. This software does more harm than good. In addition, you don't need it. Note that all computers become slower over time even in the normal conditions of use. Generally, the experienced users erasing the hard drive and do a clean install from scratch at least once a year or every time that the installation of a major upgrade of the OS. See if that helps. Don't forget to mention the name of the runaway process, so you can find the cause of the problem.

When I try to start the Remote Access Connection Manager in services.msc, the service will not start. I get the same error: "Windows could not start the service of connection manager on the local computer remote access: Error 1068: the dependency service or group could start." If you use Windows Live Movie Maker it has no available Slow Down effect.
Only Windows Movie Maker v2.6 has that effect. I recommend that you download Windows Movie Maker 2.6 If you want access to the effect of "slow down, half.
To make your video more slowly by using this version of Windows Movie Maker, you must use the effect "slow down, half. On the table of the storyboard / timeline, select the video clip, picture, or title to which you want to add the effect. Click on 'Tools' and then click 'effects '. In the "Contents" pane, click the effect you want to add (in this case, "slow down, half"). You can click on 'Play' under the preview monitor to see a preview of what looks like the effect, or simply click and drag the clip to the video or photo.

Satellite M40-307: accessibility utility does not work with the limited user account

I have a Satellite M40-307 (PSM44E), and I had a problem with the utility "accessibility", which displays an icon in the notification bar of Windows XP, to inform the user if the "Fn" key is active or not.
This utility would not work for the administrator would not worry so much, because the administrator is supposed to know what he does. But the limited user doesn't have access, that bother anymore.
In Administrator, this utility works quite well. But during a session of limited user, if I try to launch it in [runas / user: admin "C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\Windows Utilities\TACSPROP.exe"],

Well, you should try to activate the rights for the TACSPROP.exe.
To do this, you must enter the operating system as an administrator.
Choose the application, right click. There is a Security tab. Here, you need to activate the permissions for all users. -
