network drivers for hp 110 c

I wonder if you can help me with the right drivers for my ethernet controller and my wireless card.

The computer is a HP Compaq mini 110 c-1110sa running windows XP sp2.

The device id are:-

PCI\VEN_1969 & DEV_1062 & SUBSYS_308F103C & REV_CO\4 & 23C6FC68 & 0 & 00E1
