Hello! I've got CS3 Design Standard - real records and certificate of software license. It was installed on my laptop that crashed and could not be uninstalled. I have now installed it on my new MacBook Pro, but can't get it registered with the serial number. Is it because it has not been uninstalled on the previous laptop? What should I do now? THX!

Maybe this can help someone else...  I had to simply properly uninstall CS3 and reinstall again after that.  I think what he sort!  I also remember having a similar problem with the Mac at work a couple of years back.  Not sure if it is the same for CS5/CS6.  Here is a link on how to properly uninstall CS3 on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS.  I'm on OS X 10.9.2 but it works beautifully.  Remove from Creative Suite 3 and CS3 products

  • Help! I can't get on the internet - Pavilion a220n Windows XP

Everything seems to be in working order, but when I click on Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, I get the white screen that says: could not connect to the internet.  I got two new modems to Comcast, because they thought it might be a modem problem and had a tech out home Comcast to test new modems.  It determined his test that modems work correctly and my IP address is correct (after having released it renew).  It disables my firewall (Kaspersky), but still could not get on the internet.  It suggests that there is probably something simple that is wrong with the settings on my computer, but he can't do something, because he will be in trouble if he saw anything else with my computer.

Then, I go to my network connections and select my Internet Protocol and select "obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server automatically", click OK, restart my computer, and then I still can't get online.

I call HP and they help me without load me $59 from my computer is way past it's guaranteed.  My computer is about 5.5 years, but I have installed extra RAM on this subject, so he must have a slightly more useful life.

This analysis comes to check the integrity of files. I think that the missing DLL must be replaced by reinstalling the OS. You can use the recovery disks or boot from the recovery on the hard drive of the computer and select a standard recovery. He will leave intact files and reset all the files of the OS.

Question - I have a new computer Windows 8 Surface Pro.  I can't any reduction in price or credit towards a new CS for the new computer to the CS2 now own?

    The CS2 isn't too old.

Adobe has a policy of "return of a version" upgrade which means that the only products that benefit from upgrades at a discount to the current CS6 are CS5 and CS5.5.

Your other option is to join the creative cloud and pay a monthly fee.

    Hi JrGomesz5307,

Your system is infected with the virus, you will need to update your antivirus and run a full scan of the system in safe mode, until you see that your system has no infection found.  You can also download a-squared malware-bytes: http://malwarebytes.org/ and run a scan.

    I hope this helps.

  • Windows CE 6.0 on netbook - cannot get on the internet w/wifi or w/sprint aircard.

I bought a netbook 7 "which has the Windows CE 6.0 operating system.  I can't get on the internet OS w / this to the free wifi locations (like McDonald's).  In addition, the difficulties to find an aircard (card mobile broadband) which is compatible OS w / this.  My cell provider is Sprint, & they have not.   Ideas or suggestions (a constructive nature, please).  Do you know another aircard, wifi device that I could use to access the internet?   Thank you.

I tried to find a networking forum on Windows CE 6.0 on the Windows site, but could only access XP, Vista, Windows 7, & forums.

Ditto. As far as I KNOW, it is not all the specific windows of THIS forums for answers. And I couldn't find anything other than the specific developer forums in theMicrosoft forums (for example,http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowsembeddedcompact, http://social.msdn.Microsoft.com/forums/en-US/windowsmobiledev/threads).

Maybe the manufucturer provides community instances appropriate for users of devices?

In any case it really has nothing to do with Internet Explorer. Good luck!

  • EliteBook 8460p: loading Windows 7 Pro on a new Hard Drive

In a previous question, I said that I bought this laptop from a sales site to the auction and needed to put an OS on another hard drive because this laptop did not come with one.  I think the laptop is a laptop company because when I entered the serial number came with the operating system in business, but when I look under the battey product key it says Windows 7 Pro.  I don't for the recovery disc for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, because that's what says the key.  Will I have problems if I try and do a clean install?  It is that I got a 250 GB drive of my broken hp mini that I jumped in the Elitebook and it started right up to WIN 10 - this is the BONE of my mini was running before he fell.  Then, I checked the WIN 10 is not triggered and I couldn't be active even with the broken mini product key. To make a long story short when I use the recovery disk to do a clean install, which I intend to do, the recovery disc will read the product key for the company (because I don't have that) or I'll be able to use the product key numbers which can be found on the label.  Thanks in advance for reading this and for taking the time to answer.

    Hello:

W7 Pro recovery disks, you ordered from HP for your laptop do not need a product key and will be automatically enabled after the installation of the software.

You can do a clean install without problem.

Windows will not turn on without a new product key when you put a hard drive on a PC and put it in another.

In other words, for W10 have enabled on your p 8460, you would have had a W10 product key that you do not.  The button upgrade W10 does not work from another PC has been updated to W10 using this key.
