  Thanks to everyone who responded to my help regarding my Hp OJ Pro 8625.  After all, I ended up doing a clean reinstall of my MS Windows 7, and reinstalling the Hp JO 8625 Pro software and that's all working now.  Some hoe there is a glitch in my Windows 7 that did not leave the Hp software to install correctly.  Once again thank YOU ALL!

  I uninstalled everything related to my HP printer (in the Device Manager: printers and print queues) and searched my computer for everything related to my HP printer and deleted stuff also. Then I reinstalled the drivers and software from the HP website. I have updated Java also (I have no idea how much this has to do with my impression).   HP Officejet 4620, Windows 7... installed new HP black ink cartridge and now it will not print black at all. I followed all the advice line in the help section, even cleaned the vents on the cartridge itself but shows only the white page. No error message is displayed. Diagnostic ran and says it all works correctly. Also cleaned printheads through 2 cycles still nothing. Any other suggestions? It was working fine before inserting the new black ink cartridge.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are facing some print quality problems on your HP Officejet 4620 you cannot print in black ink.

  You have completed all THE steps listed here: printer does not print black ink or color of ink or prints blank Pages, without success.

  Please note: there are three stages of print head cleaning. Three steps if necessary. If the print head is badly clogged, it may require another round of cleaning. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last step of cleaning (third) to start the first stage of the cleanup process.

  If you are unable to print in black ink, I think that the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. I highly recommend call you our technical support at the 800-474-6836, I'm sure they will be able to help you regardless of the status of the guarantee.   My suspicion was correct, there is a hardware problem with system of distribution of ink or cartridge.

  There are many places one can find artisan bread recipes.  What is the link to the site, you watched?

  Just click in the address bar of your browser until the address is set highlight, then click on > copy, click in your response here and right click > paste.

  Do you mean you use the Google Chrome browser or use Google to find your recipes?  At the top of your browser, click on help, then click on about.  What is the name and the version shown in the window that opens?

  Open your printer and take a look at cartridges.  Do you use cartridges of ink Lexmark brand to negotiate (or refills)?  What is the number of the cartridge on theright ?

  Web pages are intended to be displayed in a web browser, not printed.  Depending on how the designer of the web page was coded, a web page may or may not print in a useful way.

  There are various utilities that can help.  For example, if you have a recent version of Adobe Acrobat (not Reader), you will have a tool to "convert web pages to PDF" in the context of Internet Explorer (v. 6 and later versions) and some versions of Firefox.
