  If you don't have local copies of your site on your computer...

  3 when you are prompted to hit "get the entire Site? Yes

  4. After downloading the entire site, navigate to the Site > Manage Sites > click the site > Edit > servers > click on the remote server > Edit to enter your new GoDaddy FTP Info

  There. With IMAP, all mail is handled on the server. You can move messages from the server to your 'Local folders' account if that's what you want to do.

  POP accounts are generally customer (as opposed to the server function) and stored on your device.  If your device on space is insufficient, the settings for the e-mail may restrict downloads on your device, resulting in the message in question.   This is particularly true for all messages that come with attachments or are preformatted html.   Ask your contacts to send messages in plain text.

  I bought a new imac desktop computer, a week later, Apple has brought a whole new model. To whom the PC World was happy to Exchange my week old Imac to the new Imac model. unfortuantly my week old Imac had downloaded 22 000 e-mail on the Hotmail server and it seems removed from the server. I can get them back or are that they lost forever. My week old Imacdesktop has been formatted and not returned it so no chance. Can anyone help thank you Rich :)
