  Maybe, but not the incorporation in the email.  All peoples kind here do is to explicitly link the images directly from the server.  for example, if I want to connect an Adobe image on my Web page or email, then I would use an explicti path such as:

  https://wwwimages2.Adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/images/shared/product-totems/80x80/Totem-AX I-pro - 80 x 80 .png .adimg .mw. 80.png>

  In this way, I can move the page or even e-mail, but the image will still be there.  However, you must download the image on the server before creating the link otherwise it would be a futile exercise.  In addition, some people have disabled images in messages, but this isn't your problem.

  Now this is how I do but a few muppets will tell you to do something funny.  What works with you.

  Use a PNG file. I see nothing in your logo that would justify using nothing else. You're not scaling it, there is no interaction and everything that you do is hide some pixel data already. Forgive me, but using a SVG makes no sense at all. In addition one would need to see the file, but my guess would be that once more 'reactive' setting incorporates incorrect data. Wouldn't be the first time...

  Normally you do not "charge" a with the media on the move drop zone, but it's a viable option.   I am a newbie of Captivate. I have a project with only two slides. There is a simple interaction of drag-and-drop on the second slide. Behind the targets of object and drag drop is a photo featuring the interaction. When I saw the project, this photograph is not found. I have no idea why it is endangered. The project was created on a Mac, and I realized that in a version of Captivate 9 Windows. Could be the problem? Is there an incompatibility known between the Mac and PC versions?   Rod,

  You cracked the code! It was indeed a problem with the image. The student has imported the image without first resizing. The resolution of the image is 6893 x 2581; a fairly large (huge, actually) jpeg. He then he shrunk after the import by dragging the corners inwards. The large size of the image probably caused an overflow of capacity/bug in Captivate that prevented the picture to display in the SWF displayed or published. I exported the image of the Captivate library, it loaded in Photoshop, it scaled to 2048 x 767 (still pretty big) and saved as a PNG-24. Then I deleted the jpeg of the original size of the library of Captivate and imported PNG image again, smaller instead. It preview and the image appears in the output, just as it should. Phew!
