  No I have not any suitcase software installed. Does jogging but my memory and I got some trial graphic clever plug-ins installed, which had expired recently.

  Uninstalling all these now let Illustrator launch. Therefore, it seems to work.

  I'll install the Wacom tablet program later. I suspect that it will be fine.

  The operating system is Win 7 x 64.  Video card is a Gigabyte GTS450OC1 with its latest driver running on an Intel DP55KG MB with 8 GB memory Corsair XMS3.  The system was fully functional and stable immediately before the update.  I don't know which of the 18 patches is in conflict with the nvwgf2umx.dll file.  Device Manager reports no hardware problem with any component.

  In my attempts to solve the problem, I run chkdsk f, sfc/scannow (which have reported no problem) and reloaded the video driver (without uninstall first).   Nothing works so far.  I even tried to defragment the master file with Diskeeper 2010 start time Table Defragger (based on another post, I've found), also without success.

  What is the reference for this?

  And could not cancel the record/re-record the dll it error out on an entry point missing or whatever.
  So what for some reason any worked for me is to rename C:\Windows\System32\nvwgf2umx.dll to nvwgf2umx.dll.bak (all other copies of this file are in the folder DriverStore).
  After that, I ran from an administrator command prompt
  net stop uxsms
  net start uxsms
  
  
  And miraculously all started working again.  I'm running a GTX570 with latest drivers nvidia from Scripture.
  Note: You probably shouldn't be move/rename things in System32 unless you are confident and have your data backed up.  It worked for me, but who knows you.

  OK, Apple (a wonderful device) pencil worked very well until I turned on the airplane on the iPad Pro mode. After turning off airplane mode pencil Apple has not re-couple to the iPad Pro. Thinking that the battery needs to be recharged, I attach to the iPad Pro lightening connector, but the pencil was not recognized what prompts the related message on the iPad Pro. I called apple and a number of tests have been carried out. Remote, a program has been run on the iPad Pro showing that its hardware components, including bluetooth work very well. Finally, apple recommended a complete reset of the iPad Pro to factory settings, which did not help. It seems that the problem is in the pencil of apple hardware. I wanted to share this experience because it might be useful to others, but also to see if anyone else has experienced the same problem and discovered alternative solutions.

  You may need to take your Apple pencil in your Apple store and ask them to replace it, is its not not matching the iPad properly or the pencil of Apple is faulty and should be replaced. As long as there is no physical damage shown on the pencil (e.g. damage caused by a fall) so you should be able to get a free replacement from Apple. I hope this helps!

  I bought one of the new LifecamStudio 2 days ago. I installed the camera, following the instructions of course. At the end of installation, I was able to get my self in the window of the Lifecam software, up to now, no problem, the device worked. Suddenly, a pop-up message will appear, telling me that the firmware of the device should be upgraded, then I pressed OK. The update of the firmware started but was abandoned shortly with an errormessage, saying the upgrade was not successful. I tried to reinstall the firmware, but now he tells me Hat I have the latest firmware installed. The nproblem is therefore now that, when I instert my camera in USB port windows find the camera, but as soon as I start any program it uses the camera he's leaving a Lifecam icon (in the hardware Manager that is) to an unknown unit.   In the Device Manager under imaging devices I've seen "Webcam" - before the botched fw update, it said 'Microsoft LifeCam Studio' and was a diff driver.  I rolled back the driver (or if it does not work you can force it to use one of the program files \ lifecam) then reinstalled lifecam - my cam works now.  Now - what's the problem with this update utility and why it changes what is driving the camera uses?

  I found the working version, and it is version F.08.

  Supposedly new version have different Active cables, and this is the reason why the screen is dark.

  I have finally isolated the problem of my software lack of HP dv6 fingerprint reader. I think Norton Removal Tool, available online at www.symentec.com/nrt, was the reason. I am sure this conclusion because the exact same problem occurred after I installed Norton Internet Security 2012 on laptop HP same as my wife. I tried, in vain, to uninstall and reinstall the driver for the biometric fingerprint device provided by Validity Sensors, Inc.

  After spending a day and a half to try to "solve" the problem, I decided to restore my system and go back to the prior agreement of the point of the installation of Norton. Thank you HP to make this process quick and painless. Don't forget that if you installed anything after the restore point, it will have to be reinstalled.

  Fortunately, there's a less intrusive on CD of Norton removal tool. This utility uninstalls an older version of Norton you are requested to restart and then installs the latest NIS. It is a method of removal safer that wide brush offered by the Norton Online link, which wipes everything remotely suspect.

  After reinstalling Norton Internet Security 2012 from the CD, everything works as it should, including the fingerprint reader.
