New iPhone will not appear in iTunes, but old will

Only, I went to verizon and purchased the iPhone 6 s. I have the iPhone 5 s. I created a backup of 5s on my computer in iTunes (the latest version). I restored the iPhone 6 s at startup screen. Whenever I get to the screen saying connect to iTunes to restore the backup, nothing happens. The iPhone will appear in the post. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes. Both phones are updated to the latest software. I noticed that the apple mobile hub is not displayed in the devices (Apple Mobile Device USB Driver), but the apple mobile program is installed. Uninstalling and reinstalling itunes was supposed to solve this problem, but didn't. The computer had some updates, but nothing to really what appeared to be related. Any help would be great! I'll try to go to the Apple store to transfer my phones data because it is too big for icloud, but I'll need later so that it can connect to iTunes. It is very odd that the 5s will connect and show, backup, etc in iTunes, but the 6s won't. I have windows 64xbit 10.

I tried to restart the computer, phone, etc.. I also tried to restart the apple mobile software and restarting. I also checked that there are only 3 associated devices, so it is not the limit of 10. Nothing appears in iTunes when I plug the phone in. even not an error message. Also whenever the phone is put in place and I plug it into the computer it asks only if I have will allow computer access the content on phones, but I don't get the message of "confidence".

Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8

  1. Right click on the iPhone of Apple, Apple iPad, or Apple iPod entry in Device Manager and choose Update driver on the shortcut menu.
  2. Click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
  3. Click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.
  4. Click the disk button. (If the disk option is not present, choose a category of devices such as Mobile phone or if storage device list and click Next. The diskette button will appear).
  5. In the "Install from disk" dialog box, click the Browse button.
  6. Use this window to navigate to the following folder:
    C:\Program Files\Fichiers Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers.
  7. Double-click the file "usbaapl. (This file is called "usbaapl64" If you have a 64-bit version of Windows. If you don't see "usbaapl64" here, or if there is no Drivers folder, look in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers. instead).
  8. Click OK in the dialog box "Install from disk".
  9. Click next and complete the steps to install the driver. Open iTunes to verify that the device is properly recognized.

    Any help would be appreciated, I mean that I can deal with it now. But when I buy a new phone and need to transfer the data, I assume that these applications will not be supported if I would lose all of its data.

    I downloaded the fourth episode of my podcast today and has been advised by the covered app that my episode is available to listen to. The episode appears in the overcast and plays very well. However, the episode does not appear on my podcast page in iTunes and it does not appear in the Podcast app unless you subscribe.

    Just curious to know why applications like covered (who apparently away from iTunes) will present 4 episode, but iTunes will not. Thank you!

    Episode 4 was posted ago less than 8 hours as I write, so it is quite normal that she only appeared in the iTunes Store yet. When you add a new episode to your stream and download it, it immediately appears for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the stream directly and the store is not involved.

    1. Open Control Panel > Device Manager
    2. Plug in your device

    4. Right-click and select software update of the driver...

    Episode 2, released today, shows for subscribers, both in the iTunes Store. You were lucky it as it can normally take 1-2 days for a new episode to appear in the store puts it in cache flows, checking them in some sort of rotation (Subscribers see pretty quickly as their iTunes application reads the stream directly).

    Changing the iTunes media folder location setting affects only where new additions to your library will be stored.  To use a disk external drive to store your library complete (and assuming that you have access to the original data of the library on an old computer) you must copy the iTunes folder, by default in C:\Users\username\Music, on the external drive - structure library and its records should be like this:

    The hold button SHIFT DOWN when you start iTunes and when you see this message:

    Click choose a library... then find and select the iTunes Library.itl in iTunes on your external drive folder.

    My machine came with a standard 1 TB hard drive. I recently bought a PNY 960 GB SSD CS1000. and a USB to SATA adapter from Ebay.

    First of all, I cloned with the CCC. Then tried to use disk utility to see if that was the problem. Both have the same results.

    The cloning process was successful in both cases. It displays not only at boot time. I start my imac. Press the Option key and the new drive does not appear as a boot option. To make sure that its not only meet its time but never watch? After the starting of the machine. I go into the Preferences system-startup disk and performances as an option. I unlock a tell the machine to reboot using this disc. And it will restart, but still does not use the SSD.

    I did score as GUI and logged and followed all the relevant instructions. It seems fitting that at startup it find until after the start.

    Any ideas on what is happening. I want to be sure that it will boot from USB until I open my machine and install it as a replacement. Thank you

    Strange indeed. Looks like you've done everything right, but something does not play well. My first suspect is the USB-SATA Adapter, I do not trust any of the cheap knockoff sold on eBay. What happens if you clear and just install a new copy of El Capitan on the SSD instead of a clone? It will then start?

    This can happen if the iPod Photo Cache in your iPhoto library is corrupted.

    What version of iPhoto do you have?

    Try to remove the iPod Photo Cache in your iPhoto library, such as described here - see the link: iTunes: understand the folder iPod Photo Cache

  • New camera profile is not "appearance" in ACR, but it does in Lightroom

    I recently created a profile of the camera to a Nikon D200, using a graphic picture of X-Rite Colorchecker and the chart feature in the DNG Editor.  I exported the camera profile.  When I go into the Calibration tab in ACR 5.5, the new profile does not appear in the drop-down menu with the other profiles of the camera.  However, when I go in the development of Lightroom 2.5 module, the new profile appears in the menu dropdown there.

    I am running Windows 7.  Browse my root drive I find that if I look in the directory Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles (referenced in the book of Fraser and Schewe CS4 Camera Raw as a location for profiles Vista) I can't find camera profiles, and when I place the new profile here it does not always appear in ACR.  When I look in the directory ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles\Camera\Nikon D200 I see the regular profile set of camera for the camera, as well as that I created, but as I said earlier, the newly created profile does not appear in the list of ACR.

    A side note: I did a few tests with the camera profile names.  I added "XX" at the end of the name of profile Nikon Vivid (not post), and then this profile no longer appears in the list of profiles ACR.  I removed the extra letters and then the profile reappears in the list of profiles ACR.  Seemed strange behavior for me.  I also noticed that the profile that I created with the DNG Editor is significantly smaller that the others are provided by Adobe (28K against 110 k).

    Hope someone has a suggestion for me.

    Not sure why the profile does not appear in the two ACR and Lightroom when correctly in user-level file... should be. Also note that the reason the folder user level and not the ProgramData folder is only the admin level users can write to the ProgramData folder. Level user folder is the folder proposed because most any level the user can write to the user folder.

    Regarding the relative size, DNG Profile Editor and created Adobe DNG - EP written profiles simplified while vender Adobe profiles are highly tuned and adjusted. I suspect that this makes them more...

    Just a note, you exit and then restart the two _and_ Photoshop bridge after writing the DNG profiles for your level user, correct folder? I ask because some people have the bridge works without realizing it is running.
