new printer solution Center
I use the Solution Center to analyze. I just installed a new printer, a 6700 and solution center not to see. How can I tell the solution center there? How can I get rid of my old printer?
Thank you
Although Lion99 is correct, it is also more information that can be shared with you. First, you'll want to remove any old software you have for the HP prtevious printers you no longer use. So if you have not installed the software of full adjustment, follow the link below for this driver package:
Instead of the Solution Center icon, this will install an icon on your desktop that resembles the 6700 bonus and you will be able to access many of the same characteristics of SC in this program. I hope this information is useful for you!
Have a great day!

Hey @brommmmm,
One thing we know for sure is that your computer and the printer doesn't seem to like. I think that there are problems with your registry that are causing all these different errors, especially since the error log for the program installation continues to point to the registry key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Hewlett-Packard\Install\ {BCDD692B-17 2D-440-9A1B-501C71D72CC8} for permissions problems. I have a little more suggestions to solve these problems in System.
Step 1: Uninstall your printer software and drivers
Step 2: Run the CCleaner on your computer to fix registry issues:
Step 3: Unlock hidden Admin account:
- Open the display Start again by clicking the Windows start at the bottom of your computer screen icon or by selecting the Windows button in the bottom left of your keyboard to the right of the Ctrl key.
- Once the splash screen opens, type command prompt
- Once the result of the search for the command prompt appears, do a right click on it and "run as administrator"
- Once the command prompt opens type: net user administrator / Active: Yes and press ENTER.
- Then, restart your computer
- When your computer turns back on, you should be able to log in to the new administrator account that appears. This account will not have a password on it.
- If your computer will automatically connect to your normal spending users user account and log on to the administrator account.
Step 4: Install printer:
- Once you are logged into the new account administrator download and run the installation of your printer: HP Deskjet F2400 all-in-One series Full Feature Software and Driver
- Start the installation of your printer.
- Once the printer installs successfully log on the administrator account and log in to your normal user account. The printer should now be installed on your normal user account.
Step 5: Disable the hidden Admin account:
- Open the display Start again by clicking the Windows start at the bottom of your computer screen icon or by selecting the Windows button in the bottom left of your keyboard to the right of the Ctrl key.
- Once the splash screen opens, type command prompt
- Once the result of the search for the command prompt appears, do a right click on it and "run as administrator"
- Once the command prompt opens type: net user administrator / active: No. and press ENTER.
- Then, restart your computer
Please respond and let me know if everything works now. Fingers crossed!

HP 6310 PRINTER: SOLUTIONS CENTER HP
WHEN THE HP SOLUTIONS CENTER IS ORDERED TO OPEN, A WINDOW POPS UP SAYING: "NO HP DEVICES HAVE BEEN DETECTED - SOLUTION CENTER WILL BE CLOSED. THE PRINTER WORKS PROPERLY. I'M PRINTING FROM THE DESKTOP DIRECTLY AND WIRELESS FOR MY LAPTOP. WITHOUT THE WORK OF THE SOLUTION CENTER, I CAN'T SCAN PHOTOS OR DOCUMENTS. THE FUNCTION OF HP SOLUTIONS CENTRE HAS ALWAYS WORKED IN THE PAST. I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THE FUNCTION WITH THE ORIGINAL CD.
Hi @19JLC70,.
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I see that the HP Solution Center is saying, "No. HP device detected," on a Windows Vista-based computer. I'm happy to help with this problem!
I suggest the following:
- Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.
- Clean boot the computer. How to perform a boot in Windows.
- Disable all Antivirus programs. Disable Antivirus software.
- Disable all firewall programs. Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
- Create a new user account. Management of accounts of users and connections (Windows Vista).
- Reinstall using HP Officejet and Photosmart full feature software and drivers.
If these steps do not resolve your problem, please consult this guide to scanning, how How to Scan: Windows Vista. Select how to scan without HP software and you'll see a few other methods of analysis without the HP Solution Center!
Hope this information is useful and thanks for posting!

How are added to the HP Officejet Pro 8600 printing solution Center
The center of printing solutions shows my Photosmart C5580. No idea how to add an OfficeJet Pro 8600?
Shlomi Hi and thanks for a quick response.
I had hoped to add 8600 Solution Center as an HP upgrade / download link in the menu Wizard printer you mention using the icon, re - set the default printer for the "8600 Fax.
He also changed the list of this menu screen to be only four: HP printer Asst (but does nothing when a click), Set Prefs, see what printing and the printer to customize.
Previous menu, as you no doubt refers, had several printer features that included all submenu links functions, I used (including to scan a doc, preferences, etc.). Frustrating...
After uninstalling and reinstalling, tweaking, etc, I always have this quick menu by clicking on the icon of tune. I have tried different methods of scanning as the right click on the printer in Control Panel devices, but the scanning from which lead to a horrible list of basic functions, a confusing list of formats, etc.
Finally, I did a scan in the screen menu of the printer who made a point "scan" in the Start Menu, I right click it to pin that on the Start Menu, then created a new shortcut on the desktop with the path to him... and now the icon / printer works to get the menu scanning. Phew!
About the loss of the Solution Center is regrettable. Very handy tool to do the various tasks and the refinements of a scanned document that do not exist in the limited functions / buttons on the 8600 scan menu results.
At the same time and while I'm... To the laserjet subject large workhorse of HP LJet 1320, several other positions and all forums have problems loss of functionality after passage from XP to Win7. I finally got all but one device works (PCL6/5th, printing on both sides, etc.), but the pilot is only 600 dpi quality close to the project, instead of the prior 1200 dpi (especially good for forms, thin fonts, etc..). Which is just a discharge on the technology and support for the products that brought me as a customer to use HP in the first place.
Thanks again for your reply and your suggestions. Ready to try anything to solve the so-called reliable downloads / upgrades.
Best regards...

HP Envy 5530: Software and HP Envy 5530 lost hp printer solution Center icon cannot sweep
When I upgraded to Windows 10 I lost my icon and the ability to scan from my HP computer on my printer HP Envy 5530 wireless. I'm unable to scan from Windows Fax and Scan. I downloaded the latest driver and software from HP. I have uninstalled and installed the software nothing works. Help, please.
I tested the feature. I have two HP printers and both work with my laptop. I can finally print with my office on my printer HP Envy 4500 (many uninstalls and reinstalls the software.)
I used the wizard install HP for Windows, but my success was when I found the original installation disc.
I use McAfee and have disabled and enabled it to the left. I ran doctor Scan and print and it on Rota software I had and "installed a later version" that has not worked. I have therefore re-installed using my original installation disc.
My basic problem was that I could not scan. I can print but the HP 4500 Printer Wizard Envy series using I get that 'the envy of HP 4500 series is not found'. I tried to unplug the router and switch on the computer and the printer.
I installed an HP AiO Printer Remote App and I can print it from there, and I AM ABLE to SCAN now with this app.
Thank you for your help and suggestions.

I had to do a cover of the factory recently. I can print with the HP C7280 programs smoothly. I got this printer and the solution Center works on this pc before the resumption of the plant and another pc before that. I tried to install my printer HP all One Printer Solution Center now twice with today fails. I hope that the help of screenshots.
I 1) downloaded a complete new installation - 2) off all antivirus - 3) restarted and restarted the printer HP - 4) the fact that all windows updates have been applied for windows 8.1 - 5) tried after the provided HP solutions but always with failure. Installation all the way to the final "device configuration"... and then expires. Thanks for any help.
I ALWAYS KUDO AND MARKED RESOLVED. It is THE RIGHT THING to DO... doncha know. « :-D
Find thumbs upward, then click on to a KUDO
Look to the right and see the OPTIONS to mark ACCEPT as a SOLUTION. Thank you!RnrMusicMan: (btw, former musician of Navy for this purpose) I need to send thanks a lot for your answer. I have tried, almost to the point of questioning my sanity, too many times tried too many things and all have failed. Why not go and buy a new printer? Financial considerations. Here's what I've worked with... (finally a good result there, at least the best I know for the moment at the end)
(1) start here, I have an older HP all C720 printer wireless. I do not think at the moment there is a download of the full version which will allow him to install it in a machine of 8.1. An 8 machine if necessary, but not a 8.1 I do not...? That's what I gathered. Where I made my mistake, so, I was this old horse to battle C7280 installed on my newer HP Pavilion and worked very well with 8.1, (read on before thinking 8.1 work with the C7280) when I say great worked, I mean the Solution Center has worked. Then after a while I improved the Pavilion to 8.1 and everything was fine. A couple of weeks, I had to do a cover of the plant on the HP Pavilion. Instead of installing the software of the printer with the center of solutions right then while he was still an OS 8, I upgraded to 8.1 Loaded my favorite of all the programs and tweaks and tricks. Then I said, I'll install the old workhorse C7280. It would not, not at all, regardless of how many tips I read here, and Googling. Then I tried to install the full version of XP on one of the XP machines. No go. Something I said is prevention. Who could know. I tried to purge the XP what I knew could be related to HP. Shut off all antivirus programs, download fees, etc. etc. ad naseum. I have read and read and tried and failed and failed. You get the drama.
So, I decided that if I could get it on the Acer Aspire one Netbook I could use as a slave, small sorta Acer server. I barely use the netbook anyway. So I couldn't do. Frustration. So I decided JUST ONE MORE ATTEMPT. And here's what I did for Acer.
I did a factory restore. No former antivirus autour. Nothing is added. Presitine and already had Service Pack 3 with the resumption of the plant. What follows I have none to little idea of his touch, but that's what I did.
(2) I have an old modem that I had used as a slave of my new modem D-Link. I got it, because many of my devices will not work on the new 'n'. I think, old modem old printer, old BONES. I have set the printer to get the old o SSID of the slave and agreed which has no password. Fortunately, I know anyone personally that could use this wireless slave and they all have their own.
(3) so once again, I downloaded the full version of XP on the netbook. Extracted, he ran, and so he went the full installation and works.
That's a lot, but I'm a cheap guy who hates to throw even if old devices, good. I use this Chrome extension called Extension Office remotely in order to get on the netbook from any computer and print using the Solution Center.
I don't know what I did but I know I've worked. So this is my solution. I'm sure some could find another work around, but probably way above my paygrade.
Once again, thanks a lot for taking the time. I think I followed your solution several, much too long and did not work. Unless I was always doing something wrong. My solution was radical but it works for me always try to use these appliances. I just take good care of them and they last. My most recent is the HP Pavilion and it's going on 2 years now.
Differences or questions please ask. 'Jack :-{D '.

OfficeJet Pro L7780: HP Solution Center
I see I'm not the only one having this problem since the day of security Windows on Janualy 4, 2016. I executed issued alerts here to support.
Basically what happens is that I can open the Solution Center, but when I try to open either Photo or Document scan I get a gray pop saying "The HP Imaging Device was not Found" it tells you so what do I do, but all of these steps have failed.I noticed something is in the Device Manager, devices for imaging and printers, Officejet Pro L7700 under events, I also have this message.

Solution Center says C7180 is disconnected
Hi all..
I have a C7180 in 1 connected via wired ethernet.
I am running Win7 Ultimate 64-bit.
Since almost new, HP Solution Center began by saying that the printer is disconnected.
The printer is actually disconnected, because I can see the ink levels, and I can also print from within any application.
I can't scan or fax via the central solution because he (Center solutiion) think that the printer is disconnected.
I tried print and scan doctor and any other diagnostic tool, I found on the HP site.
If I REINSTALL ALL of the HP software, this temproarily solves the problem back 1 hour at disconnected.
Any help much appreciated.
See you soon

HPC7280 HP Photosmart Solution Center - offline
I am running Windows XP SP3 on a wireless network.
I configured the printer on the network wireless without any problem and I use a fixed IP address for the device.
I installed the printer drivers and associated software.
Found device Solution Center.
I finished all updates and configured the software from the HP Solution Center.
Found device Solution Center. Fax test runs without error. Printing and scanning all work fine.
I configured my firewall to allow all UDP and TCP ports. I don't get any version of messages - using CA Personal Firewall - Firewall 9.1.0.38.
If I take the printer or on my computer, Solution Center advises HP Photosmart C7200 offline series.
Print still functions very well.
Network affecting always displayed in Internet Explorer - device status indicates ready. Items requiring special attention - Nile.
Scanning still functions very well through the Wizard Windows Scanner and camera and Solution Center.
Faxing won't work. Test the configuration of the fax machine shows the window, but click on the button to process message "fax test could not be run. Check your HP device for any problems.through Windows Fax printer solution Center still indicates shows as loan. However if I try to print a test page and the HP send fax software begins and I click send fax - message - fax not could be sent. The fax will be move in the fax log!
Also when I press the Scan button on the device and select scan from the computer, it is no longer detects the computer and displays the message 'no. Scan Options '.
Disabling the firewall makes no difference.
I did a lot of research to find out how to solve this problem, but at this point, I have not found solutions.
I reinstalled the software several times, but I still have to be able to find a stable solution.
Help, please!
Fortunately, I had some news time to lose.
I have remove the Setup again.
This time, I have installed the system and then just installed PS_AIO_02_100_009.exe - for printing recto verso and other corrections.
I HAVE NOT installed the patch of NETWORK SLP_DD_HATHi_110_017.exe - Networking implementation (it is the who advised the DEXTER of HP.)
I also made sure I disabled the HP Update software so that I would not get this installed as an update.
It is now closed for several weeks and seems to be much more stable - if the printer is turned off or on.
Still, I do not consider this problem, but I guess that HP is no longer go any more work on it like him are now mainly focused on Vista and XP is no longer a priority for them.
Good luck to everyone out there who encounter this problem, I hope this helps you as well.

HP solutions Center not in new printing software
I recently bought the HP Photosmart e-all-in-one 7510 device, it replaced my HP J6480 all-in-one. One of the programs with the software J6380s has been that something called "HP solutions Center." I ended up uninstalling the Solution Center and all the HP software to fix a bug. I installed successfully the new printer and software, however, the digital dashboard is very rudimentary. It lacks several features that I really enjoyed with Solution Center: 1. the is scan searchable .pdf documents 2. several photos with a scan (can not do this with the basic software provided with the 7510) 3. easier handling of scanned documents, (crops, rotation, etc.). The printer is a great, but without the software to drive... I tried to find a 'Contact HP with a suggestion/comment' link, but unfortunately, everything is suitable for technical support. Everything works fine, so I really don't need to contact technical support. Does anyone know if HP will integrate Solution Center in an update of the player/softward futre. It seems that all new everything-in-one have more solutions as part of the software Center. Thank you
Hello
One of the latest HP products come with different software, no longer aiming the center of HP solutions and will most likely not include it in the future.
1. I'm afraid you won't be able to save a searchable PDF using the specific printer.
Unlike products Officejet, Photosmart products does not include OCR application as part of the HP software, which means that text or searchable PDF editable scan are not available. for this, you can use any 3rd party software scanning. You can try Vuescan to 3rd party software, in my opinion, it should provide this kind of functionality.
It can also answer your problem of 3rd.
2. to scan multiple pages into a single file, the pages in the feeder from the lace top and then analyze by selecting the Document in the file option.
You can also do this from the flat bed scanner by launching the software from your PC.
Click on scan a Document or Photo and select the Document in the file option.
Make sure the show the preview scan option is checked and click on scan.
Use the button "+" under Add / Remove PAges to add more pages, filnally, click on save.
Hope you find this information useful,

Photosmart C410A: HP Solution Center install on 2 PCs for the same printer
I have two PCs running Windows 7 Professional 64 - bit and a HP Photosmart C410A printer, wireless connections to my network. The solution Center has worked well on the first PC, it was installed on. I tried to install it on my new PC, but I get an error on USB hardware and software; It will not attempt to connect and install wireless.
My question: can you run Solution Center HP of two different PC for the same printer Photosmart C410A?
Thank you.
Yes,
You can install the HP Solution Center software on several computers connected to the same netowrk as your printer.
Try following these steps to solve the USB error during installation:
Click the Start button and type folder in the search bar, then open the Temp folder indicated.
Open the last HP installation folder that begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Open the installation folder.
Find the file usbready.exe and rename it to usbready.old.exe
Navigate to the main extraction folder (folders that begins with 7z) and run the Setup.exe file.
Now follow the installation and check for the difference.
Kind regards

Sections stock scanner &; printer preference is missing from the Solutions Center
I just bought a 6510 Photosmart e-all-in-one. I had no problem setting up on my laptop and set it up easily on an old desktop PC. However, I noticed in the center of HP Solutions on the laptop that two sections are missing from this - Actions "Scan" and "Printer Preferences". The only sections appearing on the page of the laptop are connected solutions, commercial Web resources, help & Support, then disclosures of personal information. However, the missing sections both appear on center of my Solutions desktop PC. How can I get they appear on Solutions Center the laptop?
The Solutions Center I want to talk about is the page that appears when I click on all programs / HP / series Photosmart HP 6510 / HP Photosmart 6510 series or the icon of the printer.
Desktop PC - Windows 7 Professional (32-bit)
Laptop - Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
EDIT: I completely rewrote this post, including the title I used the terminology wrong so I hope that makes more sense now and I can get an answer to my problem. Maybe even an expert!
Apologies in advance to the moderators if I did the wrong thing by rewriting, sorry.
Due to a lot of things in my life I never had to call HP. However yesterday I did something stupid and had to reformat my hard drive. As a result, I had a clean slate to work with, and last night I was finally able to install the missing stock Scanner and Printer preferences. What I noticed during installation this time, was that I had an additional question that I could choose to install from the full functionality driver, called Smart something thing-or-other (sorry, can't remember title), which certainly is not in the list before (this is the same list that includes HP Photo Creations). I don't know why that did not exist before, but maybe it could be that I installed the printer in order to deparaments of the one below. He would have just because the news about my previous printer, which I had uninstalled it, was somehow still on my PC. Was the order I completed the installation in this time - 1) go to devices and printers, add printer, click the Photosmart series 6510 with the URL contains only numbers & points, and NOT the one with http / / in front of him (which is the link to the eprint centre) 2) download the driver full features on the site of HP , launched the present and choose what to install. And voila!

I can't open the HP Solution Center to scan. When I try to open it I get a notification that all software is not installed. I ran Dr. scanning HP and all software installation downloaded and ran. Every thing is installed. Tried to open it to new and same result.
Am going to the forum and found this update of windows 3132372 could be the problem. Checked and I do not have that update to uninstall.
Because the HP Scan and Capture app can be a solution. Who has downloaded but it refused to detect my printer.
I really need to solve this problem. I got nothing else problems with printing and scanning as Windows 10 came.
A ran a uninstall and reinstalled (second time). It's working now.
