new songs

Hello world!

So, I've been an avid user of iTunes from 2013, I really scour.

I use discogs and tried to capture a time/movement in history for the styles of music that I like.

And I work from when I go early in the morning and sometimes in coffee shops throughout the night and morning, trying to get everything.

It is expensive, but it's what I do, so I can't argue with myself otherwise I would split mind.

in any case QUESTION: I was toward the end of my work with this project but I'm kinda becoming frustrated or aware that iTunes will always update.

The problem is many of these songs are originally on vinyl 12 "and they are since the 1990s, there is no easy way for me to determine (due to limited knowledge, where the question,) including the old/new tunes iTunes adds and there frustrating because the only way to get more now that I'm almost more with collection would start to"run laps"through lists of music and iTunes Search prevents me from doing important things, like sleep! Laughing out loud

Y at - it an easy way to be aware of what iTune said they add it, y at - it a sort of list of what's just been added, it would be never-ever so useful for someone like me. I've collected so that it would be torture to try to cross again and try to see what has been added without knowing what is happening behind the scenes, iTunes HQ.

Tootaloo,

Richard

Richard,

Sorry, but we do not really understand what your question is...?

    Hello world

When I add a playlist to my library, for example a list of music playback from Apple which is regularly updated by the editors ("Best of the Week" or 'Hits of today', for example), did the playlist in my library automatically update with new songs, when new songs are added?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello Subocz E M.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. I see that you had problems adding pieces and turn off Genius. I know how it is important to be able to add music to iTunes. I'm happy to help you.

Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

Turn on or off the Genius

If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.

12 iTunes for Mac: use Shuffle Genius, Genius or Genius Mix playlists

  • new songs added to the iTunes library (iTunes game/cloud) listed is not on the phone

I am currently using ITunes game (iCloud) for my music library. I recently bought 2 songs directly from my IPod Touch, and these songs appear on my IPod Touch and my ITunes library on my PC; However these new songs do NOT appear on my IPhone. On my iPhone, the setting for ICloud library is currently 'on' and I've never had this problem in the past. I tried to launch an ICloud my update on my PC, but that has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Don't know where to start to fix. Thank you

You could try turning iCloud music library off on the phone, then turn it back on again.

  • iTunes sorts only the new songs from the album artist; Cannot select multiple artists

I had this problem for awhile now.  Whenever I have add a new song to my library, it will sort as a new artist, even if I already have this artist.  For example, I'll add a new Bayside song to my library, and despite the fact that I already have two albums of Bayside, the new song will sort itself separately from him, leaving me with two Baysides.  The only way to fix it is to add the album artist in both the novel and the stuff I already had.  It's incredibly frustrating, especially since iTunes allow me to select several artists both in the artist's view (although I can select several songs and albums - this seems to be a problem only when the view is the sidebar, as in the views of artist, Genre and composer).

Help with fixing a problem (preferably both, although) it would be appreciated.

I am currently using iTunes 12.3.2.

It's a response of turingtest2 to a very similar to your question.  Maybe this will help.

12 iTunes keeps having the same artist twice in the artist column

Using the view songs grab all the tracks by an artist of the album given that you are having problems with and then read the information. Tab sort add set Album artist & artist album, X, click OK, and then return to . If you synchronize your content on a non - iOS such as classical iPod device, then you must also make sure artist is constant in the whole album. I propose generally invited and artists featured in the names of individual songs.

  • Downloaded new songs UPLOADED to the iPod, itunes for laptop, oldies all deleted. Help!

Long ago, I bought a lot of old songs itunes. I lost my iPod for a long time. More later found years and immed. downloaded on my laptop 'now '. BUT new songs DOWNLOADED on iPod, all THE old songs removed. The library must always be kept at iTunes, but no one at Apple will help me. Help!

Your purchase history is maintained at the iTunes Store, but something you ripped from CD is only stored in your library that you should Save. iTunes sync copy the contents of the library to a device of changing what is already there. He could retrieve any content that has been on the device in a new library, but it seems that if it is now too late for this approach.

I just bought itunes game. New songs THAT SINCE won'y sync, I bought with my ipod Nano. Will they or is an incompatible Nano ipod?

    Hello

I hope the music in your iTunes library and is not in the cloud, you should be able to sync with the iPod nano, which remains compatible with iTunes iOS.

  • Cannot sync the new songs from IPod after transfer library external HD

A few days ago, I consolidated my library on my external HD to clear a space on my PC (Surface Pro 3). Then, yesterday, I downloaded a new album and even though my iPod shows on ITunes it has not added the new album.

Music sync is unchecked, but I don't want to lose what is now on my IPod to Sync music. I tried to do the thing "Choose library", but when I click on the ITunes Media folder on my external hard drive it opens just the folder. It won't let me set it as my library.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Sound like you may not be having the media on external rather than the entire library. If so the shift Start iTunes, use the option create and make a new iTunes library called iTunes at the root of the drive, move your media folder in the iTunes folder and then add content to the library. See make a library of portable split for some information on the Organization of the library.

See also recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device. You may be able to recover ratings and playlists to the device.

  • Need some help please... when I download new songs, other clip disappear...

Someone at - it advice?  I don't have this problem on my old computer with Windows XP and older Windows support.  Now, I am running Vista with latest media player (which I have not always figured out).  Don't know if that has nothing to do with my problem or not.  Thanks for any help...

Yep, good suggestion, just use Windows Explorer to copy songs on your Clip and see what happens.  My guess is that WMP is configured to delete songs on the Clip that you are not currently sync to it.  Most music managers have the ability to do.

If you really want to use a music management program, you can move to something like MediaMonkey.  I tried to use WMP in the past, it's horrible.

  • Recently new downloaded songs

Since the iTunes 12.4.1.6 update when I download a new song on the iTunes Store, it is given a date in 1974, resulting of course it is misfiled in all selections. No matter what known fix?

There has a been a number other posts in recent days on the same issue. Try to remove the songs and download again them from the section bought - or you could just try to remove them from the article of my music in your library (but not remove them from your computer), and then add them from your via file > add to library or drag-and - drop in your library.

  • Windows Media Player does not recognize the new downloaded songs

    I have a Pavilion a4310f Prod Nr: race AY014AA-ABA, Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

I just found out that Windows Media Player does not recognize the songs, I recently downloaded from Wal-Mart music download Site.  The songs can be seen in the music library in a folder called 'Downloads' and I can open each song and he will play when double-clicked.  The problem is that I can't create a playlist containing the new songs and burn a copy of the reading list, because the songs are not listed in the Media Library Player any hot it is sorted (artist, Album, Genre, etc.).

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Problem solved!

Went to: start == > Control Panel == > troubleshooting == > view all == > and ran troubleshooting on the library and the settings of WMP.

Convenience store detected library corrupt and "in media files appear in the WMP library.  Then ran convenience store on WMP settings which reset OMP to default settings.  After that, everything worked as announced.

Thanks to Big_Dave for putting me on the right track.
