  Yes, there are several udf to IOM. However, it stores the details in a table of the adf. Cleaning of the custom fields were created.

• Problems of formatting of the new CD - RW and open/read/write in older CD - RW

  I have a laptop Compaq Presario C719TU, who has 3 years using Vista Home Basic with a Super Multi 8 x DVD + R/RW with Support Double layer Drive CD/optical .

  2 days ago, I bought a pack of 5 CD - RW (x 12 or 8 to 12 x speed) to back up data on.

  So, I put a CD - RW in CD/optical drive
  and I tried to format, using the (not mastered) Live file system on Vista.
  Try first, the UDF 2.01 (default) then later, the UDF 2.50 version to fit with.

  At the end of the formatting process, a dialog box appears on the screen indicating that:
  "Format disk - Windows was unable to complete the format."
  Why is this?

  When a CD RW is loaded in the CD/optical drive, it will appear in the desktop computer > computer (with the C and D drives and USB keys)

  But I'm unable to format new discs, (Verbatim 12 x speed) or run/open/view all the contents of old discs (TDK 4-12 x speed) I.

  - Or when a CD RW is loaded in the CD/optical drive, it will be a thready or whirring sound as it normally should.

  However, I loaded a DVD in the CD/optical drive and it took a little while to open, he managed to open the application on this matter.

  I tried to uninstall the DVD/CD ROM driver in Device Manager

• UDF CD XP Pro SP3 reading 2.0 file format

  I can't read the files from a CD/R created on another XP system.  The CD was written to the file UDF 2.0 format.  When I try to open the CD, my system said that this CD has "0" space and '0' used space.  Pointers for finding a way to read these files from this CD UDF?
  Here's what I've done so far which did not work.
  1 - MSFT help suggestion: I downloaded an update for XP MSFT.  The file is a version "try-it-at-your-own-risk".  When I tried to install the update, he said that I was already on a newer version and stopped.  I am running XP Pro SP3.
  2 - MSFT help suggestion: I was sent a link on the ROXIO site for a UDF reader.  Although the site of Roxio says that the download is a standalone freeware player, when I tried to install the .exe download, he said I had no any program Roxio it would update and abandoned.
  Pointers for a UDF reader, a pilot or work around in XP that would allow me to read this UDF CD?   Thank you

  I had the same problem, but ran through a Microsoft KB which had similar proposals for volunteer J.  However, another suggestion I tried was to open Windows Media Player first, then try to play the DVD player.  It worked! Supposedly, it triggers something in some cases that allows to read the data on the disk.

• This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.

  I've seen other posts on this topic. Nothing seems to work, so I thought I would explain my situation.

  The machine is new. Win7 64 bit company. The problem I see is that I try to load some versions of Visual Studio on the new machine. However, none of the discs auto-run using my local internal DVD drive. They all have a Readme file with the message "this disc contains a"UDF"file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346"UDF"file system specification."

  I know that the discs are good, I used the on my old machine, and I can always use them on other machines I tested.

  The real kicker here is that I can plug an external USB DVD drive... and then the local drive starts to read the installation discs! It's like making this action allows something else in the machine.

  Also, I even restarted the machine mode of diagnosis (without external DVD drive attached)... and restart, the drive would read the installation discs. BUT when I do a full stop and then turn on the machine upward, the local drive gives me the same readme file. Again, it is as if something gets activated, and then reset to a complete stop.

  I am at a loss of what to check then. Real head-scratcher, because I know the drive works and the machine can recognize the drive and even read installation discs.

  I do not have the applications installed on the machine of DVD burning, so I don't think there is a conflict.

  Any suggestions are welcome.

  In R2, even for connectors OOTB localization does not work by default.

  For the instance of the application, we used the following link:

  To locate the form instance:

  1. Publish the sandbox containing the form instance that is supposed to be located.
  2. Export the MDS file, "/ xliffBundles/oracle/iam/ui/runtime/BizEditorBundle.xlf". In this file, you can see the key messages and messages to be localized.

  I try to configure the new UDF atribute on my enviro. I follow these steps:
  Tray 1, sand create/activate
  2, change the form of the user in the form designer
  3, create the text field with the display label and auto generated name (myText)
  4, the db table usr was automatically extended with the usr_udf_mytext attribute
  
  On self-service extend the identity user create form:
  1 creating user
  2, customize - view the source
  3, information of base-> panelFormLayout-> add from content-data component - > manage users-> UserVO1-> Add myText-> w/label of the ADF input text
  4, narrow design
  5, add value to your textbox myText and subbmit
  6, form saved successfully
  7, when I checked db table usr atirbute usr_udf_mytext value not defined.
  
  If I try with the default value of the atribut this vaule has been doing db, but only by default.

• The repeated CFC function call is much slower than the UDF version

  For a project, we were faced with unexpected behavior of a CFC. Without going to much into the details of the project, it boils down to the following: when we run through a set of records, say 100 and apply a function to this topic, the overhead is 4-5 seconds extra when we call it a component instantiated (only once) compared to when code us as a UDF. Since our application can process thousands of records in 1 past the overload will quickly over 100 seconds compared to the UDF.

  I was wondering if there is no logical explanation for this behavior. From what I understand a function called from a component should not add any notable overload after the component was instantiated.

  Our installation is an installation of Coldfusion 8 Jrun running on Linux. We didn't really find anything on the web documenting this (or we found we have said that there will be no additional charge). We could modify the function call to a call from the UDF, but we prefer to keep in a CFC as there are more things behind the scenes that just formatted data.

  HA!  Cool!!! I think I solved it something, I feel so proud.

  I run the code of Adam and the first time I ran it I got similar to Biebel3 results.  But it's curious, I got the output of debug it showing that it wasn't show where the time was spent.  He would show almost two full seconds to build the page of CFCS, but the components in the table of debugging only added up to about 50 milliseconds.

  I tired first put a top of the page of CFC, but that has not changed the results.  Because even if you do not display the results, ColdFusion still satisfied the debug output.  I went into the administrator and effectively disabled the debugging feature.

  Alto, I started to have the results displayed by Adam.

  It seems that it is a question where it takes a lot of overhead for ColdFusion compile a record of debugging for each call of CFC in this large loop.

  The good news, this is a pretty easy solution for a production system.

  Have you added this field in the fields of resource object reconciliation?

  You must create a map of hash for reconciliation, then how do you put location in the hash map as HaspMap takes the value of the key.

  Suppose you put

  org.put ("location", "USA");

  Now add this location in the field of resource object recognition and mapping this field under the process definition.

• Run JAVA code on a UDF value as OID process update

  I have a JAVA code that I want to run as soon as "UDF Updated" task runs. I created this task on the "Update of the FDU" process, which is integrated into the map "adpOIDModifyUser". I want to run this JAVA code at the same time where there is a change in the value of the UDF and then this UDF value is pre-populated also in the form of process OID and then finally thrust to OID.
  
  Basically I want these 2 tasks to occur at the time of the update of the UDF:
  1.) run the JAVA code by taking the new value of the UDF.
  2.) push the new value of the UDF in OID.
  
  I created and all the changes in the lookup.usrprocesstriggers, tasks 2 process 'change UDF' and 'udf' updated and all that good stuff.
  But I'm stuck at creating a task in JAVA and how to operate as a dependant on the UDF update task.
