  Advanced tab: HTTP1.1 settings tick the two boxes HTTP1.1 (second box was disabled)

  Security: check the box 'Enable native support XMLHTTP', (has not shown on my system)

  After the restarted and tried change, problem still there.

  So I decided to run CC Cleaner, after running Flash Player 9 has worked well!

  AVG Linkscanner/Safesearch new activated. Restarted again. Flash Player still work okay don't know what CC Cleaner fixed or pulled, but it resolved the problem.

  I have the latest version of Silverlight and have downloaded for Internet Explorer (10), Chrome (27) and Firefox (21). However, it works with any of these browsers.   You could get the same effect by using a transformation matrix of IE in IE8 and below, (but I would not recommend this). The other possibility is to use a transform of IE9 with the content property property (this property css insert text in the document) that way when you hover over the image that 'extra' text is inserted.   IE8 is now on a decline in its use for private users, so if you're not targeting companies or professional users, don't worry about this browser too.   I have these three questions of program after reinstallation of Windows Vista and tried (mostly unsuccessful) using Windows Easy Transfer to move and reinstall my programs and files. My computer had some problems before start, (it would be almost always gives me the blue screen at startup and go into Startup Repair). The Startup Repair wouldn't fix anything and just lose about 20 minutes of my time. Finally, he wouldn't even load at all and the Startup Repair did not help so I decided to reinstall Windows Vista.   Fortunately, I have Firefox and Google Chrome installed, both work very well.

  Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm not entirely fretting on IE8 and WMP 11 but I feel really that less stressed if I know that I have a System Restore Point in case my previous numbers start to happen again.

  Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors.
