  Thanks for the reply, but after working with it, I solved the problem.

  1. rename the program (x 86) folder (32-bit) / Windows Media Player for everything you want

  2 copy the Windows Media Player folder in the Program Files (64-bit) folder and paste it into the program file (x 86) folder.

  3. This puts an uncorrupted in the default path, Windows Media Player

  This worked very well for me.  It also leaves a version uncorrupted for future needs.

  Sometimes simple is better.

  To be honest I don t understand you.
  What is an exception code? What did you do with him? Have you noticed this problem in the past?

  Is that the Toshiba PC diagnostic tool is part of the Toshiba value added package and who knows what you have done.
  What you can try is to remove VAP, clean the registry entries for the Diagnostic tool and try to install VAP again in the hope, it will be working again.

  You are on 11.2.0.5 and the patch is available for versions 10.1.0.5 and 10.2.0.2 10.2.03 you do not need to apply this hotfix.

  According to (ORA-600 [kwqicgpc:cursta] [139200.1 ID]), this bug is fixed in 10.2.0.4 If you're on 10.2.0.5 you don't need to apply this patch that is included in the version of your database.
