No apparent reason, the toolbar of the add-on disappeared. After opening view/toolbars and customize the add-on toolbar appears immediately. However, once I click on 'Done '. the toolbar disappears again. Please advise possible solution.

  Sounds like an Energy Saver preference, but what computer do you use?  A G5 (PowerPC) machine will not work on El Capitan.

  You will need to purchase a full commercial copy of Windows 7 and do a clean install. You cannot use a Windows XP hacked as an operating system that you are eligible for an upgrade. Make sure that there are Windows 7 drivers for the hardware of the laptop. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  When the menu bar is not the AppMenu button to access the menu bar items. Some people also call the menu "Burger" in the upper right. Unfortunately, the corresponding support article is gone.

  It would make not much sense for me to put a "Find updates" button in the Update menu tab, but that's just me.
