  Hello. To test the headphone switch the native Windows audio driver Realtek audio driver.

  I am running windows 7 64 bit and bought my lx 3000 today.
  My problem is that the sound will not play in the headset.
  I chose it as peripheral audio by default, and makes sure that sound levels are rising. I know the headset works very well because in the levels of 'headphones earphone properties' tab I did for the microphone and earpiece similar levels and can hear the reading of my voice in the headphones when I talk. However, I don't hear anything else.

  OK, so I found a solution.

  It turns out that other device I had attached by another USB is perhaps the cause. I had a M-Audio Fast track Pro Mini Sound board (used for recorded instruments and voices on PC) connected with the possibility of reading through the folds. When I unplugged to check all of a sudden the sound test would come loud and clear in my helmet, as well as other audio from movies, games, etc.
  The gist of it - try unplugging other USB things!

  I have a new laptop of 3531 Inspiron, and I hear audio from the left channel when I plug in my headphones.  Here's the situation:

  -Audio works fine on the speakers.

  -When I plug my headphones all the way, I hear audio on the left earpiece.

  -With the headphones plugged in about 1/2, I hear from the right path. With the helmet on the connected 3/4, I hear the left channel with about 25 percent in volume and the right to 100%.

  Whatever the above behavior if I use the drivers from Realtek installed at the factory, the latest drivers from Dell.com, or if I uninstall the drivers to use the Windows default ones.

  Hello. Normally, I would say that re - install the audio driver, but you have already done this, then contact support for repairs. If you prefer that fix, you have a 21 day period from the date of the invoice (if you got it from Dell). If you decide to return it, you can perform a system recovery.
