  I bought this Dell laptop the year last with Windows 8. It became slow after a month or two, but I was able to use it. I never installed any Application. I basically used it to watch movies and Email. Last week when I said booted.it 'Check media' and did not start at all.

  I checked on the Web site and ran the diagonstic test - all shows good. what I really need to reset this laptop to factory default settings.

  My doubt is that... Probably my Anti Virus would have expired, and it is the reason for all this trouble. Can I buy Norton or Kaspersky Antivirus and install it if my laptop is restored to the default factory settings.

  I did my upgrade to win 10 on my Dell inspiron 5010 a month ago, it worked perfectly, no problems not mentioned at all, the Win 10 story is what it the correct yourself. I was surprised after all.

  -Have you tried to check with other headphones?

  Discovered that the solution was Device Manager-> ECS-Dell Wireless 1703 b/g/n-> properties >-> Advanced-> 802 .11n changed bandwidth of 20 MHz / 40 MHz automatic.
