No Audio with call transfer to the CUE Script

I have a CUE script set up to dial several extensions and transfer them to a conference MeetMe hosted on the same 2911 router where the CUE ISM is installed. The call flow is:

CUCM 2911 <---> <--->CUE

with calls to the script being initiated by phones registered with the CUCM.

Dial the pilot script, calls to the specified extensions are undertaken and transferred to the DN MeetMe (7070) successfully, but there is no sound on calls. The script seems to complete successfully as well, because all of the extensions as well as the original one is transferred to the DN MeetMe. The command "display the compact active voice call" shows all participants connected to 7070 and the output of 'see the ephone-dn conf' displays the number of active sessions to 7070

Direct calls to the DN MeetMe (without going through the script) work very well.

Logging in the atrace.log seems to show that reactivate the QUEUE calls will fail. I tested with all three SIP call transfer methods CUE without result.

CUE and 2911 configs as well as the atrace.log CUE file is attached.

Any ideas would be very appreciated.

You can check the method of transfer in CUE - please define Bye-also and without h450 service of voip telephony services in the CME.

    Hi all, long time administrator/user of the Service Manager/Infra, for the first time poster

    Came across something the other day and was just after some help/help where possibly seek to solve.

    We are currently on version 9.1.3. When installing more than 2 years ago I created a post template specific for the call connected to the customer (call screen set/IPK). I tested this on setup and I'm 100% sure used to work, but seems somehow its has stopped working. I tested it on 3 scenarios as shown below, and it only sends the confirmation message to the client when we use the customer portal;

    • Call created directly within vSM - send an e-mail to customer record
    • Mail sent to our servicedesk - send an e-mail to customer record
    • Created via the customer portal - sends an e-mail

    Could someone point me in the right direction that maybe why this happened and how I would go about solving of this? What is the feature in the MSM that allows it to be sent through the portal?

  • problem with fdmContext ["PERNAME"] in the import script

    I am struggling to understand why the following script returns an empty when string assigned to a dimension in an import format.

    def Parse_Period (strfield, strrec):

    sPeriod = fdmContext ["PERIODNAME"]

    return sPeriod

    I tried several combinations of the variable without joy fdmContext (LOCNAME, PERIODKEY, etc.). I also noticed that there is a discrepancy between the Oracle EPRI_Admin_11.1.2.3.510 guide and scripts used in the forums. the guide uses fdmContext ["LOCNAME"] while the forums seem to have success with fdmContext ["LOCNAME"]

    Hi KM.

    You can try to add this line in your script:

    fdmAPI.logInfo (', '.join (map (str, fdmContext.values ()))

    and see in your log file if you have any value at all in fdmContext.

    You must also include the content of your log file, it might help.

I don't want to call a procedure with the parameters Out of Java (there are many examples in this respect over there). I want to just implement the appeal of the concept of results in a Java-Stored procedure. A customer calls this procedure with certain parameters and the Java procedure will fill the.     I found a solution. It's very simple.

    Just setting the parameters as java array (e.g., String() P1). The first value (P1 [0]) is the returned value.

    Finally just contained JDeveloper in dialog box "Edit method Signature" the parametermode OUT.

  • Audio call routed to the speaker when it is docked

    When I anchor my Razr HD (JB 4.1.2) to my real car Motorola dock, my music will be automatically forwarded to speakers of the car, which is what I want, but for incoming calls and outgoing audio passes the external speaker to phones by default. I can touch the speaker button that forwards then the audio to the speakers of the car, but how can I do audio call road to the default car speakers and not the external speaker phones?

    If it is not a setting I can change then maybe an app that will do it for me?

  • XAV-601BT - no name of caller ID, without the audio without removal of the front plate

    Well, apart from the interface user terrible on my 601BT-XAV who deserves a bad firmware fix, my unit came with a few interesting problems:

    1 when a call comes in, the number is displayed, but the name of the contact is no longer.  When I go into my history of calls to unity, it displays the name of the appellant and the whole directory is in the main unit, if I open it to make a call, but incoming calls show the number only.

    2. the unit will sometimes have no audio when put on (when the car or device turns off).  Audio comes back if I go from the sources.  I can then move on to the previous source, but if I turn off the car or the unit I get the same thing.  Pulling the façade seems to zero something and it will work again for a while.  I don't remove the plate Assembly and even for troubleshooting I don't delete entirely because the right is a bear to get up again and the unit is so fragile, it feels like it will break.  But I'm glad that the device will beep whenever I stop the car to remind me to remove a mounting plate that I don't want and don't feel like I can remove it...

    I try to read two different audio files with the following code piece. individually, they play well. When I try to play at the same time which is at the same time, it is give IllegalStateException and does not play any audio file.

    When I play them separately, they play well. My requirement is to play 1 file as background music and another as foreground.

    On the storm, it is not possible to play 2 sounds loaded from a file at a time.  If you try this, the first sound stops and the second sound will be played.

    You can, however, load and play a sound (background music) and play other sounds (sound effects) by using Alert.startAudio ().  The first noise not would be cut.  The only problem with this is that the Alert.startAudio sounds are not the best.

    Hello everyone, I evaluate the cloud of Lightroom version. I have a MacBook that I use on a trip to import and did a first job on my photos, so I have a home NAS at home where store pictures and do most of the work.

    I want to transfer RAW files, but all the work with the MacBook on the NAS, I tried to use "export as catalog" and then "import a catalog" with options to move the files, it works but it keep the old file name and it does not put them in a folder with a different name. For example, if on my Mac, I work with a folder named '2015' and then transfer into a folder with the same name on the NAS Server everything works fine, but if I made a folder called 'photos' to work on the MacBook, and then I want to transfer everything on my NAS under the folder "Hawaii", everything is put under Hawaii\photos\ instead of Hawaii\

    I'm having a hard time understand what you did. But the best thing to do would be to highlight all the images in the Hawaii\photos folder and drag them to the folder of Hawaii. You can simply delete the folder of pictures and everything should happen as you wish. Do all the going in Lightroom and it should be simple and quick.

    I can't wait to make my first video through QuickTime player, but I'm stuck on the following:

    (1) new screen recording - I'm able to capture the process of my video with this feature

    (2) audio new recovery - separately, I can record my audio

    But can't do the task above at the same time which means that I can save the process through and add my voice at once? Is this possible?

    I understand you are trying to create videos with recordings of screen as well as a voiceover. I can help you with that.

    Now, when you set up your registration form, you have the option to choose a microphone to talk and create video at the same time. This would reduce you adding the clip after the fact. Take a look at the first link below that will go on the way to do this.

  • Difficulty with returns control to the parents program after call asynchronous Subvi

    I'm trying to set up a directory of context-sensitive help for one of my programs.  This is the first time I tried an asynchronous call and I can't seem to make it work properly.

    The attached HelpDir.vi is the parent program that gives the user different help files to choose.  When the user selects a help file, its Subvi should appear.  I would like the user able to let this help file upwards and close the help directory or select another help file to upsimulataneously, if they wish.

    The strange thing is that, currently, this vi works exactly as I want if I stress execution on, but works normally, the HelpDir.vi becomes unresponsive when we help files was loaded and becomes sensitive again once the help file has been left.

    I set up the parent program with a structure of the event running asynchronous call and forget everything as in the example of the expedition to the France so I do not know why the program parent is not recover control after the launch of the Subvi.  Please take a look and let me know if you see what I'm missing.

    PS, You may need to update both static references.  I don't know if they break when you send the code this way.

    Change your dialogues float instead of Modal.  Modal windows will always be on top.  In the changing Floating, then you can access the window of your main VI as well.

    Performance highlight should substitute somehow the disorder of modal window.

    Hello, welcome.

    The process is automatic and the maximum transfer rate should be about 20 GB/HR. If the process crashes during that long of a time, it's probably because of something internal rather something you're doing wrong.
    For reference purposes, I included this link. It goes into the details of the migration from XP to Vista (and the basic steps you follow). The instructions are for migrating to Vista via the network, but you can easily follow the steps and choose a different option for your specific installation.
    For both machines, I recommend you to prepare for the transfer using the following procedure:
    1. click on START > run
    2 type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press enter
    3. go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck all the entries displayed
    4. click on 'Apply' at the bottom right
    DO NOT RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AGAIN
    5. click on START > run
    6. Type "cmd" (without the quotes). Right-click on the result at the top of the menu START and select 'run as administrator '.
    7. type chkdsk /r and press enter
    8 allow the system to attempt disassembly of the volume
    9. allow the system to plan restarting
    10. restart your computer
    11 let checkdisk analyze the file system on your hard drive
    12. Once completed, perform the same steps on the other machine
    13. Once completed, repeat the transfer

  • Audio works with headphones, but not the speakers

    Hello, I have a DELL XPS17.  The sound works fine with headphones, but no sound when the headphones are disconnected.

    Note that I had the opposite problem (its good speaker, but no helmet) and then updated the driver.  Once the new driver has been installed, the problem was reversed.  Very strange: Pei

    Hello. You can test your speakers by running test audio fast ePSA or PSA tests.

    You can test the audio driver by opting for the native Windows audio driver. If you get the same symptoms with the native driver, then you can exclude a bug in the driver from Realtek. This Realtek driver has been around for awhile now and has no bugs that I know.

    • 1. open Device Manager (found in the Control Panel, or type devmgmt.msc in the search box).
    • 2. develop the 'audio controllers, video & game' and right click on "Realtek High Definition Audio".
    • 3 Select this option to "Update driver software".
    • 4. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
    • 5. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".
    • 6. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.
    • 7. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio"(native driver).
    • 8. click on "next".
    • 9. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).
    • 10 restart the portable computer if you are prompted. If not invited, so no need to restart.
    • [To return to the Realtek driver, do it again but reverse steps 2-7 names].

    If the speakers and the driver to pass the tests, you might have failed to sense pin into the headphones Jack, explained in the FAQ of Jack for headphones.

    My client reports that customer, calls are forwarded to his cell phone from the business telephony system. He describes what he believes to be the process as follows:

    2. customers select form in the menu tree option.

    3. the customers are transferred SMS on the cell phone of the employee.

    The employee does not know which option to customers of the selection. When I look to the top of each DN in CUCM that is configured in the script UCCX, none of them are configured with a destination of the call forward. The problem does occur only a few times a week, but the employee becomes very frustrated. The only piece of information that I know for sure is the employee's cell phone number. Then maybe I could use it to search traces or logs. How would you suggest that I start to try to isolate the cause of this problem?
