  • 22D133B: replaced charger DVD - no play, pause, stop, etc via the remote control

    Hello

I have a 22D1333B in for repair because it would not play the DVD. I replaced the charger DVD (part No. 75040787) and the unit will now play DVDs ok but the DVD section will not respond to the remote control.

All other TV functions operate via the remote control without any problem. It's just the DVD section.

I cured the last of them by exchanging the PCB on the new DVD unit with that of the old unit, but this certainly isn't the way to address this problem.

I downloaded and installed the software on the site of Vestel and updated the software for the Toshiba site. The fault remains.

Any help to solve this problem would be welcome.

    T.I.A.

In my opinion the new DVD drive isn't fully compatible with the remote control (type) RC1910 that was included in the box.

I think you should get in contact with the authorized service provider to fix this

  • Apple TV constantly loses the connection to the remote

I have the latest version of Apple TV and remote control (touch screen version). The TV will say that he has lost the connection to the remote control, and then a second later he will say that he has restored the connection. This is repeated every 10 to 30 seconds.

It was before the last software update and still happens after him.

Sometimes even if the remote is fully charged.

It happens after restart of the Apple TV.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Looks like interference to me, check your environment for other devices that may cause interference (babyphones, phones wireless, wifi, devices etc.)

  • Screen 5600ea - completely black HP Omni 10 after crash while on the remote desktop connection

I hope someone can help me with this.

I had updated my Omni 10 to Windows Pro 8.1 so that I can Office remotely on my tablet on my work lan to get the benefits of the 2013 Office (we have not this version to work) on my work PC.

Anyway, while it is connected to my 10 Omni via desktop remotely my Omni 10 crashed after connecting a USB drive that is powered via a USB OTG adapter. I used the front adapter without any problem with the USB card readers bus-powered and also the Lan USB card so I know it works, and the outlet powered USB hard drive works on my PC without any problem.

The Omni disconnected from the remote desktop, and I guess it crashed, but the screen is black even when I hold down the power button and wait for the vibration (which usually means that it is set to zero).

There is nothing displayed on screen, my work PC is unable to connect via Remote Desktop, and any number of power cycles seems to relive.

I tried with the attached Omni 10 charger and without.

There is no HP logo involve restarting at any point, but the Windows key infiltrates a vibration when I push on it.

While enjoying the fact that the Omni 10 comes with the base Windows 8.1 and not Pro so I changed the configuration it worked fine for a few weeks since the installation.

Pointers on getting this thing to life would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

I returned to the store that I bought, and they sent to HP for warranty repair.

28 days ago so I went back to the store and they gave me a brand new boxed 10 Omni processor.

When I got home I installed the driver and Windows updates. I noticed that the WiFi reception was really bad, even right next to my router, and the cameras had lines on the screen and the pictures that I took.

The next day I went back to the store and they said all that and they initially said that I have to wait another 28 days, while it went for repair. When I said that this was not acceptable, they gave me a full refund of the amount that I had paid and used that to purchase a Pro of Microsoft Surface.

The Microsoft Surface Pro is fast, well doneand more importantly everything works.

TAKE NOTE, HP - IT IS HOW A WINDOWS TABLET SHOULD BE.

I'm done with lag, unstable and downright unreliable HP products.

  • None of the remote systems are found in Max in VMware

I started using virtual machines and I don't see any remote systems listed in MAX within the virtual machine, but I see the remote system on my real machine. It is not a big problem because I can always run my code and connect to the target of RT of the project within the virtual machine, but when I need to look at MAX it would be nice to not switch back between my VM and the computer. I wonder that if it is behavior, others have noticed, or is - it possible my MAX database is corrupted? The section of the entire remote systems doesn't fail, just no hardware found and listed under it when I update. I wonder if this is a problem with how the virtual machine sets up the connection TCP must work with the real hardware. Hoping that someone more competent than me in this relm can point me in the right direction.

You have probably done this, but you made sure that your VM is set to a "Bridged" mode where the network connection between the virtual machine and the host allows him to get an address from an external DHCP server and is not only local host machine?  MAX can only auto-detect devices to its subnet via a proprietary (OR-RFP) protocol or via AppleTalk (according to how the devices are configured and what software is on them), and if the interface of the virtual machine network is in mode "NAT" or "Host-Only mode" which interferes or completely blocks the discovery method.

Im getting the message 1% available (pluged, do not load) on the battery indicator

    Hi MICHAELRIVERA,

    ·         Who is the manufacturer of the laptop?

    ·         What operating system do you use?

If your laptop does not charge:

    a. This may be caused by a faulty adapter (the part that you plug into the wall socket)

    (b) a component on the motherboard defective charger.

    Try the following.

I suggest checking the connections, connect it properly, or contact the manufacturer. If you have a spare power adapter only to login and check. (Of the same brand and model)

    a. Click Start and type device in the search for field, and then select Device Manager.

    b. expand the batteries category.

    c. under the batteries category, right-click in the list of Microsoft ACPI compatible with battery control method and choose uninstall.

WARNING: Do not remove the Microsoft AC adapter driver or any other compatible ACPI driver.

    d. on the Device Manager, select Action, and then search for the hardware changes.

  • screen resolution of the remote desktop: fonts and icons of the remote desktop window are so small they can barely read.

    Remote Desktop screen resolution

I've recently upgraded to a Windows 7 laptop from a computer in Office XP.

On my old machine, I use a VPN clent and Remote Desktop connection to use my work computer (my company uses XP on their machines).  If I try to connect from my computer Windows 7, fonts and icons of the remote desktop window are so small they can barely read.  Change display options in the settings of remote desktop doesn't affect the size of the window, not the resolution.

It is a problem because I am stuck using my old system to work remotely.

    Any ideas?

All you have to do is to reduce the resolution of the screen that you use to connect to your Remote Desktop Session.  More the higher resolution and the characters will be on your screen, and when you connect to Remote Desktop.  In my case, I lowered the resolution of my screen to the House for the resolution of the screen in my office.  It works perfectly.  To reduce the resolution follow these steps:

    1. click on start

    2. click on Control Panel

    3. under appearance & personalization - click on adjust screen resolution.  You may get a message indicating that your resolution is not at the optimum, but don't worry you will still be able to see the letters on your screen.

    Hello

Here is a solution I tried after lookng through various forums and type of works for me. A common thing in most of the solutions is to take the battery and sim card out, leave like this for 1-2 hours and put them, I found back in and turn it on. I'm not sure of the logic behind it, but I remember reading that this overshadow the phone battery problems (connected incorrectly - essentially a reset) and begins to charge.

I tried it 2 days back and I see that it worked for me, at least until now. I cross my fingers.

I hope it's useful, works at least for few of you.

Thank you all for the suggestions.

  • Download of existing Web site from the remote server to Dreamweaver CC 2015

I need to download a website, designed originally in 2002 using MS FrontPage and more recently managed using MS Expression Studio 4 Web Professional, from my server to my computer using hosting service newly installed Dreamweaver CC 2015.

I've never used Dreamweaver before, and information online using Dreamweaver is apparently to date with the latest version of Dreamweaver.  So far, everything I've tried has failed for one reason or another.  To be precise, because of a problem computer I lost the local version of my Web site that has been stored on my computer.  Later, I created an empty folder on my computer and tried to connect with the remote service hosting server so that I can download my Web site, but nothing works.  I get error messages in one way or another, right from the beginning and nothing on my computer screen is in agreement with the steps indicated, "using Dreamweaver / connect to a remote server" instructions that I downloaded on the Web.

I need detailed instructions, step by step, how to connect to the server and upload my site on my computer.  The instructions must be compatible with what is actually happening using Dreamweaver CC 2015.  I'm new to Dreamweaver and have no experience with it.  And Microsoft no longer supports Expression Studio, it is virtually impossible for me to reinstall it on my computer.

Connect to your remote server by adding in your FTP credentials during the process of site definition (user name, password, root folder and to the address of the server). You get this info from your host and save it in your site settings in the Site > Manage Sites > click the site > Edit > servers (hit the + to create a new server if you have not already).

To connect to your server once the info has been added to the Site definition, open the files window (window > files, or F8 if it is not open), and then click the Connect button (icon). You can then hit the expand button (icon of two places) to see a representation next to your files the and remote. Click the Get button (down arrow) to download all files available the folder root of your site on your local computer.

As I mentioned earlier, you have still questions whether FrontPage extensions have been used on the site. Who are the property of FrontPage and is not something that you can work with out of Dreamweaver. So, if you have determined that a redesign is out of the question, or not, may be irrelevant. You may have to, or find an old copy of FrontPage somewhere, in order to continue to work with your site in the way you could before.

  • Folder on the remote server that is not recognized by Dreamweaver as part of the site

I run the site of a school district. This includes the home pages and associated pages for all but one of our schools. School files were headed by a teacher of this school's web design. This professor has left, and I was asked to perform some updates on the site from high school up to what a new teacher was hired and able to take charge. My problem is that the folder containing all the files of high schools is one of the many issues in the Group of largest school district, the folders on the remote server, my Dreamweaver does not see. I can use Windows Explorer to find the folder and it's there. I can use a tool such as Notepad ++ to open the files and make changes. They are here and I can visit her profile. But for some reason any Dreamweaver doesn't recognize them not as part of my site. I can't 'get' file, or a synchronization because Dreamweaver does not see this folder on the remote server. I think it's a matter of Dreamweaver, but I don't know how to fix it.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I'm home now and remembering that I'm working on the site of the House and at work, I realized that I can see the folder of the secondary school on the remote server of the House where I have Dreamweaver to connect via FTP. I can't see it on my computer at work where I connect to the remote server through a local/network connection. There may be a clue here. If I switch to a FTP connection to work, maybe I see the folder.

UPDATE: I changed the type of connection on my computer work of local/network, FTP and high school record is now visible on the remote control. Don't know why it makes a difference, or if this will lead to new questions, but I'm good for now.

  • Not displaying PHP pages is not the Remote/Web server

    All,

Be nice, faithful of DW. I'm a n00b this field as a whole and the use of PHP, DW, etc.. I have a few questions... I use ~ 2008 Macbook Pro DW5 and MAMP.

Put up my site with PHP files, got up a local test and running, got the Games records/requests to look and work the way that I love on my local server. In other words, the site is great locally. Signed up for bluehost to use my remote control, downloaded all the files correctly. BUT, when I went to see my site on the remote server, the php pages that are limited to members only are not displayed at all (HTTP 500 error). I guess that's not a mistake in coding that the pages display correctly on the local, but not the remote (therefore, a DB connection problem). Here's what I did to try to address.

    • Exported local DB, imported remotely (so its structure / named exactly the same apart from the host-insterted characters entered)
    • Activated my IP update remote site host cPanel (my C-class?)

The first line of PHP code on all these pages of restricted Member begins with:

    <? php require_once('.. / Connections/TBO_Golf.php');? >

    The "TBO_Golf.php" contains:

    <? PHP

    # FileName = "Connection_php_mysql.htm"

    # Type = 'MYSQL '.

    # HTTP = 'true '.

    $hostname_TBO_Golf = "localhost";

    $database_TBO_Golf = "TBO_Golf".

    $username_TBO_Golf = "*"

    $password_TBO_Golf = "*"

    $TBO_Golf = mysql_pconnect ($hostname_TBO_Golf, $username_TBO_Golf, $password_TBO_Golf) or trigger_error (mysql_error (), E_USER_ERROR);

    ? >

Issue 1) -I'm sure that with the files on the remote server, run the script tries to connect to a 'localhost', which is causing my error. Can I change the settings in the connection file or in the connection window of database to what works for my remote server? I know what they are like a second connection to the remote database (so now I have one for local and remote), I created that I have to "Redo" queries by using the remote connection?

Question 2) Changes the settings as follows best practices when moving locally proved remotely (and test remote local to) regarding the display of dynamic pages? If not, what is?

Question 3) In my attempt to research, I read somewhere that DW can't handle multiple database connections at a time. I find it hard to believe, so is it true that?

If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    SnakeEyez02,

Thanks for the reply. Very much appreciated!

    (1) according to your answer, it seems that I have just to keep the name of the server as localhost, but just change the name of user and pword to match my remote user profiles?

    (2) re-reading of this issue, I guess I wonder what are some best practices when going from local to remote? I guess the same things like maintaining username/pw for local remote control, import and export, for help. But I was more focused on the transfer of DB connections that operate on local to the remote control. I find that it is not as simple as transferring the entire site, import/export of the DB.

    (3) sorry, wasn't clear on what I meant by multiple databases. He was referring to connect to the local computer and the remote control. It would be in the window "Database". So I run RS against either DB?

Thanks for the direction on the error log. I think I know where it is on the cPanel, so I hope it will shed light on the issue.

One last question... When I test the site locally and run off the coast of the local db, recordsets when I publish remotely, should I rewrite the recordsets to make reference to the distance db? Or can I just change the DB login information to access the remote versus local?

    Thanks for your patience!

  • FTP adapter: Not picking not the file on the remote server

    Hello

I use the FTP adapter to read the file from the remote server and file ra.xml - oc4j configured with good host, port, username and password.

Once I have deployed my process, no instance of this process is created and remote directory entry file is not picked up.

Please help on this issue. Thanks in advance.

Just checking that you can send via ftp manually from the BPEL server.

Looks like you can use the ra.xml - oc4j wrong file.

Also in your BPEL project, take a look on the link partner FTP and see the JNDI location, it will look something like eis/Ftp/sample.

This may be what you want to rename, generally good naming practices puts the server, for example Ftp/ist/FtpAdapter

To make sure that you have configured the file ra.xml - correct oc4j we can check through the Manager of the company, even though Marc has specified the correct location.

EM-> oc4j_soa-> Applications-> Drop down choice list autonomous resource adapters-> FtpAdapter-> connection Pools

Select the JNDI name, you indicated in your BPEL process, if there is no create a.

    Create connections as needed.

Also a hint is to start with the base directory, for example when you connect by ftp manually, it will be where you load the files. In your configuration / (oc4j - RA.Xml) is the place of departure and / is the physical or logical path. Download this work so that you know that you have the right connection. Then start working on the location of the directory.

    see you soon

  • Is no longer able to navigate using the Remote app

I'm suddenly is no longer able to navigate (left, right, up, down) on the Apple TV using the remote app. I also tried with the new application. I'm t able to select the current item and return to the previous menu using button "Menu".

given that it could also have been a problem with the display of my mother's phone, I scroll on different applications etc and it works fine. So it seems that it is an application (or Apple TV) problem.

any ideas? I use an Apple TV, I bought 3 years ago.

    Thank you!

Make sure that the software on your TV is up-to-date. Perform a restart of settings or by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can perform a reset of settings.
