I have a new A60 (although three or four weeks) I work in the industry of music and must deal with music on the laptop. Everything has been fine until trying to empty to an analog audio output device. Digital noise is incredibly strong! Its there all the time but just touch the double mouse pad the amount of noise.

With a headphones only sound, but not too visible through a preamp, well well its just unusable.

Is anyway around this or should I empty the A60 and buy a ThinkPad?

    Hello

I don't know, but in my opinion you have problems with parasite frequency. Please take some info by music experts. I'm sure it can be solved. If you want you can check one my previous assignment.

  • Digital noise in the output

I hooked up a new computer. Started having digital noise of the output with Logic 9. Never had this problem. I've checked all my sample rate to match. I thought it would be in my Motu hardware, but when I turned the motu offshore and just ran through the output built in logic he was always there. I ran audio from iTunes and the internet in general and the noise is not there. Fair and logical. Biggest problem is he spent on the computer I was using, where nothing was ever a problem. No sound on both. Oh my god! Help!

    Guy

Monitor your levels.  Make sure that nothing is in the Red of the level meters.

Also, check your volume settings (output) on your computer and LPX.

2 drivers high definition digital audio: NVIDIA and REALTek.  1 realtek audio of high definition.  They work normally, but internally because no digital noise will come out.  Only high definition analog sounds through the speakers.  The rear panel of the NVIDEA GeForce 8400 Gs system does not catch digital or taken to the sound system.  There are 6 analog for normal sound system.  Not digital.  I have optimized pc and digital audio and digital experience.  Should I buy some kind of jacks or cable analog-to-digital converters or another pile of sound cards just to get digital Pug face now in the speakers.  Help, please

If I remember correctly, you have run in a common misconception.

There is no plugins audo on the Nvidia card, nor on ATI cards, instead, they send sound to your analog "sound out" devices (which are paradoxically digital).

  • Help to create the effect of digital noise

Hello everyone, thank you very much in advance for watching my post.

I'm a graphic designer with experience of After Effects, but mainly work with Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign. I want to create a series of charts that have been "glitched" and there is a very specific type of glitch look I'm after.

If you take a look at this video you can see the kind of effect I want.

My idea is that I have a glitch animation in After Effects. I would then use it as a filter for the videos and/or still look charts to give them a random bug. Unfortunately, I do not really know where to start. I was able to find some plug-ins Digital glitch for After Effects, but none of them are quite the same look I'll make. And I can create a fixed image of glitch with the look I'm after, but he wouldn't have the motion or random that I want.

Anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this effect?

    Best,

    Matt

Again, start by the bad TV preset animations and see what they do. Create your own preset is much easier to write a plug-in.

Here's what a raw 24 MP image added to a timeline with a bad TV applied and adjusted a bit then duplicated enhanced, scaling slightly and cut into pieces a pre-comp with curves and Fractal noise Fractal noise apply used as matte looks like. Maybe this will give you some ideas.

You can adjust the fractal demo to get any desired size mattes, and then animate the fractal or use posterize time to blow the mattes around the screen. It's just a matter of layers.

  • No digital noise

I recently bought a new computer from desktop HPE-300z, personalized with a card his Creative Sound Blaster X - Fi Xtreme Audio (Windows 7 Home Premium OS).  I tried to reach my old Boston Acoustics speakers 'Digital Media Center' system but not sound during the SPDIF selection as the default value.  I use the same RCA cable with mini adapter attached to the digital input on the speakers that I used on my old system and connect me to the blue plug clear on the soundcard (according to the documentation on the Creative site).  I contacted the manufacturer of speakers and they claim that the speakers should be fine, as long as the signal does not exceed 44K.  I tried selecting 44 k in souncard nothing works settings.  I tried to contact HP support, but after three hours, they said that my computer and sound card are not designed to generate digital output of soung, who I think is incorrect.  The speakers work fine when connected to the analog input on the speakers and light taken green on the sound card with speakers set by default.  Please let me know if there are a few additional settings that are required for digital sound or if there is a way to test if there is no digital output generated by the sound card to say whether map whether faulty or not.  Thank you.

I contacted the creator, the manufacturer of the sound card, and they explained in an email I received this morning that even though the illustrations contained in the user manual of the map shows the digital I/o as one of the functions of the blue port, this function is not available unless you have the optional digital i/o Module.  That's why HP support was right when they initially informed me that the card had no digital output.  The problem was with manual of the card that was incorrect, or the less misleading.  Thanks to all for trying to help.  This problem is now resolved.

  • Does anyone have a work around for the design on PowerMac G5 2005 flaw that causes noise interference on the outputs? (Audiophile, sound engineer)

OK, here's my problem - I have a set of audio interface Protools Digi 002 via Firewire 400 on a PowerMac G5 I was lucky enough to be given last year. I finally managed to connect my home recording studio system, he wire of mixer etc, but when I listen to the music coming from the outputs of the Digi 002 there in a great cacophony of audio interference, so much and so well, when I mount the system I can move my pointer between two monitors and it plays a different frequency of buzz. Everytime I open a window, Soft etc it is more electronic noise.

    He took a while to limit, but after reading this excerpt from wikipedia, it seems that it was a fault common to this particular model until Apple released the revised version of the B of the G5 (?);

' The first versions of the dual processor G5 have problems of noise . The first is ground loop- based interference,[5] that sometimes causes noise seeps into the outputs audio analogue. This bug has been fixed in Rev. B G5.'

    and

' Well that the noise problems do not prevent computers affected work, they asked problems for audio professionals and enthusiasts as well, especially for models to liquid cooling, which had been expressly designed as mechanically quiet for listeners. "

Well, that's no euphemism - in fact it makes the mac completely useless for my needs, I need the outputs clean digital noise to send for outboard effects/EQ/etc.

As it was a common fault, I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on a workaround solution, as I can't imagine recording ground studios just stop until this has been fixed by releasing a new G5?

The only idea that I came up with so far is to buy a transformer of isolation, but I'm not entirely convinced that will solve the problem?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance

Have you tried CHUD Tools & turn off NAP mode?

The first versions of the dual processor G5 have problems of noise . The first is ground loop- based interference,[5] , which causes sometimes analog audio output sound leaks. This bug has been fixed in Rev. B G5.

The second problem of noise came from his "tweets", which can be triggered by power fluctuations. For example, display or hide the Dock makes a short beep. Many blamed the power supply used in the G5 as the cause, but this theory has never been confirmed. A very effective workaround is to disable microprocessors 'siesta' using Apple CHUD Tools, but this was not recommended by Apple. This noise problem has not set until the generation of dual-core G5s was produced, but it does not affect the model of "Late 2004" (at least there have never been reports). Draw of power fluctuation has been later attributed to the lack of power management features in processors simple heart. [6] Apple eventually posted information bug tweets on its support site. [7]

Although noise problems did not prevent the computers assigned to work, they were problematic for audio professionals and enthusiasts as well, especially for models with cooling liquid, which had been expressly designed as mechanically quiet for listeners.

    https://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_Mac_G5

Just one last note on the use of CHUD tools to disable the 'Nap' on the G5 Dual functionality: restart your machine reactive 'Nap '. You may have already seen this on the Apple forums. Kind of a bummer - although I rarely shut down my machine. In any case, running with 'Nap' off today seems to have resulted in a significant increase in general speed/responsiveness for me (I'm still running the stock 512 MB RAM, with another 1 GB on the way).

  • driver problems audio dv7-1270us

I just bought my Dv7 1270 and I've upgraded to Vista Ultimate.

  • Need help with a Hp Papvilion Dv7-1270US, from vista to xp 64

Well, I noticed that a lot of guys are useful here with installing XP on Vista and yes I'm another unhappy Vista user, I am a graphic designer and let me tell you programs and performance is not very good on my laptop HP that I am ready to go back to XP.

I have an extra HD a seagate sata 80 GB of my PS3 that I drag never used, so I'll use it to install XP on my laptop

Its what I need help with drivers, man what a pain. I can install drivers left and right that I know how to do this, but Nlite, manual, unzip its so confusing...

good so I use Nlite to wake my sata drivers and my installation of Windows XP on my HP I would add something in there like {video card driver} {driver Chipset} etc, what should I put in the wake? and once the wake is done and winxp is installed in what order should I start to install stuff, please guys Im confused and need help if someone can point me in the right direction of the dv7-1270 drivers I would appreciate...

If I happen to screw up my 80 GB hard drive, not a big deal, blue screen, can not load, etc etc... can I just put my original 320 GB hard drive and back to Vista the way it was. ??? is it possible, which would ease my mind, thank you for your responses and assistance.

  • Question on how to choose the tensions to describe VEE 6 pulses of 0-10-10-15 0 0 1 s 0

    Hi all,

I want to use AWR to simulate some CSOS COLPITTS BJT, hspice codes and I want to put the circuit on AWR and run it and see what happens?  Everything goes well, but one I'm confused, it's VEE 6-10-15 0 0 1 0 s 0-10 PULSES.  Can someone tell me what I need to do?  Thanks in advance.

    Here's the code.

    BJT COLPITTS CSOS, *.

    . TRAN 10U 9.3U 15N-15N

    *. TRAN 15N 3U

    *. PLOT TRAN V (3,1)

    . PLOT TRAN V (2) I (VC1)

    . FOUR 3.39MEGHZ V (2)

    1 0 1 R1

    3 1 9 MOD1 T1

    VC1 2 9 0

    4 0 10 SCR

    RL 4 2 750

    * RL 4 2 2.6 K

    C1 2 3 500 P

    C2 4 3 4500 P

    4 2 5UH L1

    RE 3 6 K OF 4.65

    VEE 6 PULSE 0-10-15-10 0 0 0 1 S

    . MODEL MOD1 NPN IS = 1E-16 BF = 100 RC = 10

    . OPTIONS LIMPTS = 5000

    . OPTIONS RELTOL = 1E-6 ITL5 = 0

    . WIDTH OUT = 80

    . PROBE

    . END

ryanawr is correct.  Apparently, the negative supply VEE is supposed to be - 10Vdc.  The pulse is set up to pass this supply voltage-15V - 10 time = 0 and THEN hold it steady for a longer period than the duration of the analysis.  Change suddenly introduced a stimulus to start the oscillation.  You may be able to use a DC_V instead of the pulse 10V source: in some cases, digital noise in time = 0 DC solution will begin the swing.  I guess that you establish the schema corresponding to this netlist in AWR Design environment.  If so, when you set up your blood pressure, check if you can affect the Simulator transitional APLAC.  To set the duration of the simulation and the step (similar to line of TRAN), right click on the schema > Options > APLAC Sim tab > transitional Options > uncheck the box use by default the project and use HB parametersand value stop time 10us and duration of step of 15ns.

If you do not need to use a pulse source, use the AC_V element and the value = impulse Signal.  Good luck.

  • 9401 counting by quadrature encoder error

I use a 9401 module in a chassis 9188 to measure the position of a tree in 1E6 County/rev. The signal is an AQuadB emulated from an AKD Kollmorgen servo drive. My problem is that when the player is turned on, the noise it makes picked up as very positive figures by the 9401. The player has outputs RS485 but my cable length is short and well armored, so I thought it would work very well. It is wired like this:

    9401 CTR1 channel

    A +: 9401 pin 20

    B +: 9401 pin 23

    GND: 9401 commune

    The cable shield: 9401 commune

Is this product because the encoder signal is differential, or is my bet to the ground/shield OK? If I disable the encoder entirely the 9401 picks up a zero solid. Should I use a kind of RS485 converter to TTL?

In addition to the advice of John to help protect against digital noise, I also recommend that it would be a good idea to convert the differential asymmetric TTL formally.  I had opportunities in the past where I had an ambivalent connection channel differential encoder of 5V to a DAQ card and often, it would work properly.  But there have also been moments where differential signals (-) were trying to drift over the other while being tied to the digital earth common DAQ, causing sporadic but strange counting behaviors.  At least that's the diagnosis I'm come up with at the time.

These questions disappeared immediately and permanently after putting in a differential to the TTL converter.  Here is a link to the productI used (and then successfully reused on the following projects).  Just check the specifications of your particular differential signals compared to what this product is to spec'ed to manage.

    Hello

    2.4V - high level

    0.6V - low level

Then, on canal0, I provide a signal of

    sample

    3V 0

    1 3V

    2 VOL. 2

    3-0V

Thus, the sample 0.1 is high. Example 3 is Low.How sample 2? Please notify. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Engwei,

Programmed tensions are the levels that you would have to exceed or down before a change of digital status is saved. This means that in your example, coming from a high level of 3V goes to 2V, the Analyzer signals would still record a strong logic. The deadband is actually a way to filter digital noise, common to the majority of the architecture of digital input.

  • Any movement at all and the G9X photos are blurred in AUTO

Present children shot inside opening in mode AUTO and their hands/arms are blurred with only a small amount of movement. Disappointed because I thought that the car is stupid proof lol. Should I be using a different setting? Help?

Children indoor sun light and mobile. A difficult combo to the Auto setting.  Try setting sport or 'children and pets' If you want to try it on a pre-fab framework. May or may not work.

I would like to put the camera in Tv mode.  TV is (unintuitively) what Nikon and others call "S", because it means "shutter priority". Canon meant Tv suggest "variable time".  You set the shutter speed (variable time) required to stop motion blur. For children just open packaging, I think only 1/250 or 1/320th is enough speed.  Use not TOO fast a shutter speed, because that will force the camera to compensate for the brief exposure of ISO, hiking time each hike in ISO adds ugly digital noise, and it reduces the resolution and detail of the sensor will capture.

I would also to the shooting in RAW rather than JPG.  It will take you to do post-processing to perforate the dull RAW image up to saturation, contrast, etc., as well as to convert RAW to JPG at the end.  It is worth, however, that you can fix a RAW image much more that you can fix a JPG image. You can remove the noise much more RAW, and you can fix everything better, including balance exposure and white.

Watch a few videos free tutorial on Google on the "exposure Triangle".  He explained very simply the key principle of photography, the three variables you manipulate to get correct exposure: shutter speed, Aperture and ISO sensitivity. You can also negotiate one against the other to get artistic results.

    Good luck.
