    Select the bucket in your tool palette tool, first

    If you do not use your account to send AOL from, then you must go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and then under servers, set the correct and less advanced as well.  These values are obtained from your e-mail provider.  See if there are instructions on their Web site to use OE and what parameters to use.

    I uninstall applications CS6, and then use the lighter tool to ensure that all got deleted. Leaving unattended update applications should not cause this kind of problem. When you reinstall / update I would try to do so under different conditions, disable any antivirus software that is running and try to install within a new user account with administrative rights.
