  I am writing a pretty basic plugin where I need to have a function to run after a point values have been updated.

  I do this to change the point values:

  params [POINT]-> u.td.x_value = FLOAT2FIX (pointX);

  params [POINT]-> uu.change_flags = PF_ChangeFlag_CHANGED_VALUE;

  This works very well for updating the values, but the code that goes after this block is executed until the values change really. Is there a way to force change to happen once I set new values or is there another place I can put the function so that it is executed after the values are actually changed?

  If you want to change is instantaneous, you can use AEGP_SetStreamValue() instead of the method that you use.

  There is no function that is guaranteed to be called when you change the values.

  UPDATE_PARAMS_UI could be called, and also a call of minutes is likely.

  You can set a flag in the sequence data to inform yourself of the pos - t change operations that must take place in such cases.

  personally, I'd go with the AEGP_SetStreamValue() solution.

  In all of my table, I have columns EDITDATE and EDITUSER. So whenever a table is updated I need to update these two fields with the USER and SYSDATE. For this I use a BEFORE UPDATE trigger. This trigger is activated, but I get "ORA-04091: table %s.%s is changing, function of triggering/can not see" error every time I update the table. I used this method in SQL Server. I understand that Oracle doesn't have to be the same as SQL Server but I do not know there is a way to do this. Do you know what it is?

  just put this in your before update (and not after the update as you mentioned) for each trigger line:

  In any case, on a sound start works on the other boot it does not work. It seems that Windows chooses the sound card, every time when it starts. Sometimes it takes the bad sound card.

  I tried to uninstall maps its and their resettlement. On the HP site, there is a driver for the Conexant map bot no driver for Intel High Definition Audio card. 10 Windows itself is not find a driver for this sound card. I also tried to reinstall the other drivers, chipset drivers for example. But unfortunately it did not help. I also tried to disable the Intel High Definition Audio, but also without success.
