  Welcome to the HP Forum.

  You must install the full features software for your printer: Printer Wizard (the new name for the Solution Center) is installed as part of the installation of the printer software.

  General instructions to install the printer software

  • Create a Restore Point: create a restore - Win7 Point OR create a restore point Win8
  • Open drivers HP & downloads
  • Enter your printer model information
  • Select your printer in the list of the 'results '.

  OR

  • Open e-all-in-one printer, HP Photosmart 5520 drivers
  • Enter your operating system from the menu drop-down
  • Click NEXT and scroll down
  • Find the category driver - software product installation
  • Select the base driver, e-print, or a full features software
  • Save the *.exe installation package (s) on your computer

  The files will probably save in the "folder"downloads. "

  If it is available, you can download print and scan doctor and / or other programs of the category-utilities

  TIP:

  Install the utilities / tools first. bit installation packages are smaller in size

  • If you have control of "Admin", you can highlight the package and "double-click" to install it, otherwise just right-click, select run as administrator and install.

  NOTES:

  •         Look at the bottom half of the main Web page for your printer for helpful videos help with the installation of the printer software!

  However, the center of Solution software you used with the previous units is more used to the 8600. The software installed for the 8600 should have placed an icon that resembles the printer with the name of the printer it labeling on your desktop. This icon opens the wizard of HP printer with options to control the printer.

• C6280 all-in-one: I can't open the C6280 solutions Center.

  I can't open the solution Center. My computer is doing some updates (Windows 10) a few weeks before. I tried to reinstall the software (C6200) for C6280 all-in-one at least 2 times and but it won't open. The driver are ok. I ran print and scan of the doctor, it's not shpw all bit errors. So, what's the problem?

  After that I made my post, I found the solution in another post.  I'll copy what I found.  This is not my original work.

  The problem is with the last Windows security update.

  Enter "view installed updates" in the search bar of windows left in Windows 10.  It will take you to an option in the control panel.

  Click the Option shown

  Select the "update of security for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372) highlight and then uninstall it.

  This should be all it takes.

  I just set the solution Center on my computer.

• How to return to an earlier version of the HP Solution Center?

  I have a HP Ultrabook (Windows 7) and an all-in-one (quite old), the HP PhotoSmart C3180, as well as a HP Scanjet G4050. Everything was dandy until I installed the latest version of the HP Solution Center.

  Which led to (1) make the C3180 not scan, and (2) launch its color print record (he can no longer auto-align color prints are fuzzy).

  I can't wait to hear that you have questions. Unfortunately the previous versions of the software for this printer are not compatible with Windows 7.  You may be able to get some of the components to install another operating system or install it using compatibility mode, but there is no guarantee that any of these options will work. I have included a link to the Microsoft support page to use the software in compatiability mode. Are you able to analyze through fax scan Windows or MS paint? The solution center should not have caused the alignment problems or blurred impressions seen. We must address the possibility of a failure of the printer if you are unable to align. You are able to print the self-test page?  See if you can access the Toolbox through the preferences to perform the alignment, please see the steps below.  Also before trying the software in compatibility mode, click here to run the doctor print and scan. Click on the + sign next to the utility-diagnostic tools, and then click Download next to print and scan the doctor.  We may be able to solve the problems of simple software with Solution Center through utility which can help with the issue.

  Search the Toolbox:

  1. go to the printed case

  2. right click on the printer driver, the printer properties select

  3. in the populous dialog box, on the general tab, click the Preferences button down

  4. click on the features tab

  5. click on the services below to the right printer button

  6. Select the services tab

  7. if available select align cartridges

  To print a self-test report:

  1. press and hold cancel them on the control panel.

  2 press and hold Cancel, press start copy color.

  I think you're bad read the OWC page. They propose to replace the internal SSD stick with their largest capacity SSD stick. The external box is only for you to continue to use the original USB key (perfect condition) as an external drive, if you wish.

  Don't worry, when you press "Quit", Firefox stops running. You can check this by opening your phones settings > Applications > running. You will see that Firefox is not on the list.

  Unfortunately, I don't think that Firefox is able to evade your thumbnails of recent applications. These miniatures are in fact all the recently used applications, even if they are not still running. If you wish, you can hide thumbnail of Firefox by hitting swipe he took off to the side of your screen.
