Since the update of security the other day I am getting no video playback in iTunes purchased content.

Just to add, that he won't even play trailers in the iTunes store, you get just a DOS game black and no sound.

I'm running on Windows 7 Professional. I have the latest version of iTunes installed. I have tons of music bought and burnt in my library. I am trying to reinstall those so I can sync it with my Android tablet.

Following instructions: 'Edit' - 'Preferences' - 'Store' tab, but when I arrived here I have not control option "Show iTunes in the cloud purchases" so I just shot to the top of all the "Protected AAC audio file" and continued with instructions to select and delete these files. There is no cloud download little next to one of my songs (Protected or purchased). He asked me if I wanted to hide these files. I said yes. Then I went to my account to "see" them. They came in my library, now in the form of AAC audio files purchased, with a cloud beside them.

I can't sync them if they are up in the cloud. But when I download their return, the leaves of clouds, and they are converted to 'protected '.  Aaarrrgh.  What can I do?  I wonder why I don't have the option check "show iTunes purchases in the cloud."  I know that I should probably looked at this problem before you try redownloading stuff. • my itunes purchase history for some year

I really appreciate Drop Gummy, but here to keep track of what I spend (not much).  But to do this, I need to know what I spent the beginning of 2016.  May not know how to do this!

    Gail,

Sign in to your account in the iTunes Store and your purchase history will be here in chronological order.  Use a PC or a Mac to see full history;  on an iPad, you can see 90 days.

BTW, the iTunes purchase history does not have any print, facilitated export or research.  But you can watch it!

  • "Adding to playlist itunes purchase will download a copy on your computer.

What it means?  (Long story) I've recently updated to El Capitan 10.11.3 and also iTunes 12.3.2.35.  I have no game because it caused many problems for me.  I was happy to see 'Music' as a playlist that shows everything in iTunes is in this version.  The previous version I was using on OS 10.6.8 had that.

Looking at the list of reading music I noticed that I had a duplicate song.  We were already in one of my playlists where it belongs, and I could click "Show in Finder."  The other version was not in a playlist and I can't "show in Finder".  The quality of this version is better that the copy that I have on my computer so I decided to put the other in the trash and move the best copy in the playlist where the other was.  But when I tried I get this.

"Adding to playlist itunes purchase will download a copy on your computer.

I guess it is a purchased version, cloud or something and isn't really on my computer, Yes?  As far as I know, I don't have Apple cloud past.  I love my music real files on my computer and to be able to move them and organize them however and when I want to.  I don't want some music files mysterious that I may, or may not be able to listen to a certain point depending on what service I use, or a file that I need to download a copy whenever I want to put it in a playlist.  In addition, I don't want or need two copies of any song even if it's one I want, especially if I can't remove it if I want.

What happens here?  I've stuck with iTunes all these years, but it seems that whenever I update something is even worse... or am I just stupid for not getting it?

Okay what is happening with iTunes?  All my old playlists are gone and then this message "Add to itunes playlist purchase will download a copy on your computer" I just want to have playlists for my different moods, activities, etc..

I burned a CD of music seems to have disappeared.

    The difficulty of this shit!

  • My iTunes purchases not play some music Collection

I was wondering if anyone knew a similar problem...

I agree with the music Apple (and iTunes game) and uses iPad Air (32 gb, wifi) and iPod Touch (5th generation, 32 gb).

Some albums that are part of my music in the music App Apple just won't play (stream), even if I am connected to WiFi.

These albums, titles, and the titles are all listed, but when I try to read, the playhead passes at the end of the track and stops.

All the albums that refuse to play were all purchased through iTunes, are listed in the iTunes purchase history, are currently available for purchase on iTunes and all appear in the my music from Apple's music tab.  Registrations are NOT grayed out of either.

What they all have in common, is that they were all purchased through iTunes before 2009, so I think that must have something to do with all that is the question.  There is, however, purchases before 2009, which are listed in my music and play justf very well...

    It is quite strange.

Everyone knows the same or similar issue?

I just wanted to update on this issue to all who may encounter a similar problem

with some songs or albums is not able to play (stream) in my music via iCloud library music on iOS devices and/or computer.

It seems that - for reasons unknown - these specific iTunes purchases that have been listed in my iCloud music library through every conceivable indicator (iCloud situation/location, icon etc.) contained the metadata only and no audio real.  So in streaming or download - icloud - was impossible.

I was able to solve this problem by downloading iTunes iTunes Store purchases (on my authorized computer that hosts the library that I am corresponding from / download to iCloud music library), REMOVING these tracks/albums of my music library to iCloud (on all devices), and then adding the content downloaded again to iCloud.  He has worked for all the songs/albums problem.

Apple support staff has been very helpful on the way; and I had to send them the detailed information on the issue and difficulty.

  • Accidentally, I changed my old ten years Apple ID. Did I lose all my iTunes purchases?

A week ago, I got an email from Apple saying that someone had attempted to buy something using my Apple ID. They suggested that I change my password, and I did. Somehow I ended up changing my Apple ID, I had at least 10 years. Now I fear that I will lose all my iTunes purchases. I have thousands of purchases of song that I have accumulated over the years. Help, please!

(Also, I apologize if this question is redundant. I searched old questions and the answers vary.)

Update the primary e-mail address on an account (that is what you were doing?) should not affect one of his purchases and remove any content downloaded from iTunes on your computer or by phone library (that you can re-download store will depend on whether rights holders remove their items out of the store and if you move countries; audiobooks and tones are only unique downloads)
