  • Trying to airprint from iPad 2 with a new 6510. message of frequently without air printer found help

HP 6510; error-1 message; About 10% of the time printing works of the 1st try. More frequently, it is a painful process. Have an ATT & T wireless connection that appears strong. At least 3bar and shells, but the error message is that no printer no air is. I am a novice and don't know what to try. I had hands on ethnically support guru of Apple and can't find any problems.

Hey there. AirPrint works in Wifi and not by a cellular network. Make sure that your printer and iPad are both connected to the same wireless network.

Check out this link: printing from an iPad that will give you training on the different applications available to print from your iPad and how they work.

See also: "the printer is not found", "no printer not Found" or "printer offline" Message appears on the iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch this will help you to solve the problem more in depth. Just make sure that you two devices (printer and iPad) are connected on the same wireless network. Also, make sure that Bluetooth is disabled when you try to AirPrint. Bluetooth has a tendency to interfere.

Hope this helps and post back if you have problems to make it work.

  • No printer found but the printer prints

    Hello

I tried to check on my 6988 inkjet ink levels using the HP Solutions Center program and he said: "no HP devices found." However, the printer works very well and always worked. It is connected via the ethernet port. The USB port is not connected. I have no active wifi and a laptop computer that uses the printer via wifi. Who also works very well. This problem came when I received a warning of low ink in the printer and had to guess what cartridge was low. I ended up replacing both cartridges, but would rather replace one who is actually low on ink.

So the question is how to check ink levels if the Solutions Center can not find the printer?

    Danny

You can get directly ink levels from our Deskjet printers by printing the extended self test report:

    1. Press and hold the Power button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ).

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

The problem is that by default HP print drivers installed by the upgrade of Win10 often do not work. I have two HP printers and neither one worked after the Win10 upgrade. We also receive a lot of messages of other people with the same problems.

I linked the page drivers and software for the Win10 drivers for your printer: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-LaserJet-Pro-M1536-Multifunction-Printer-series/3974271/model/3974278

You must download and install the full feature software and drivers for the printer.

Remove all the drivers and software that Microsoft install for the printer.

Then unplug the printer and install the software.

Do reconnect the printer until the installation program invited to do so.

Once the installation is complete, restart.

You should then be able to use your printer in Win10.

    Good luck

  • HP 4500 Envy: The printer is not printing with ipad

    Hello

Since bringing my printer back from another place it does not my I pad print. It is to show that connected to my network and my I pad is identifying in wifi settings and the printer selection options. Although if I do a search for printers look like "no air printer" found. Hi @Leafy,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that your iPad is unable to locate your printer over your network.

I would like to start by turning off the printer and the iPad. Then disconnect the power from your router for about a minute. After the router was plugged devices and back on, try a test print.

Hi am new Android phone and Tablet also lost all the information (I forgot to save) reinstalled HP ePrint. AL in one company to distance and ePrint

Which none are for letting me print saying no printer found internet or not no password

Unfortunately I don't remember the password any help would be appreciated as not good with technology

    Thank you

    Sharon

You might want to try to set your printer to the factory settings that should erase the passwords can be added when you configure applications. I'll look in a specific way to do for your printer, but in the meantime try what works for my all in one printer scanner.
    Turn on the printer.
turn it off by unplugging the power adapter, wait a minute.
If it has a keyboard, press and hold the # and 3 buttons while plugging the adapter back in. Keep and hold keys until the printer reboots.

See if you can print from your Tablet after the reset.
Sometimes simply unplug the printer for a few minutes will reset things.

  • ePrint app and printing by e-mail

Just installed a Laserjet M451dn, registered with hpeprint.com, and if I print via e-mail to the printer, it works fine.

Have also just installed and activated the ePrint App on my iPhone 6, but I am currentl 20 miles hence my printer is. The app does not seem to search for wifi connected printers, but the FAQ says I can print from "any where in the world". If I open a web page in the application (for example), click on the "optimized" button - how do I do so that print from the App? He said "no printer found. I understand that I can send mail from the phone, but it's outside the ePrint App and I expect to be able to print the optimized page, I can see the app.

Have I misunderstood what is the App?

    Thanks for any help/info

    Hello

I found this information on this link below

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c01923321

How can I add a printer on my mobile device?

Follow these steps to select the HP printer in the list of available printers. This method will not work unless you have already been added to the list of senders to one or more HP ePrinters list.

  • airprinting to a printer h470wbt using a personal hotspot on iphone

I have a laptop that works with Windows 7 and has a WiFi connectivity through a Personal Hotspot with my iPhone 5 (IOS 7).  My printer is a H470wbt and it is configured to print with my laptop.  Works very well.  I now want to do is to "airprint" of the iPhone or iPad Mini.  I installed the HP app called 'ePrint '.

Problem: ePrint tells me "no printer found.

Could use a little help on this (after many hours trying to figure it out myself).

P.S. The H470wbt is about 4 years old.

    Ralph

Hi Ralph, AirPrint is a feature that is native to the Apple iOS on your iPad, however in order to use it you need an AirPrint compatible printer that your model is unfortunately not. The H470wbt supports to print via the print application mobile ePrint, but to do this the printer and the appliance on which is installed the app must be on the same local WiFi network, i.e. a local LAN that uses a router as a wireless access point. So here's a support document which guides you through setting up the printer and install the software for a wireless network using an access point if you choose to do in the future

    Hope this information helps.

  • HP envy 4500: direct printing without having to change the wifi to printer

To print on a HP Envy 4500 from an Air iPad with iOS8, should I switch my network wifi to the printer whenever I want to print something?
For example through my email, there are several emails, each with an attachment that I I want to print. I choose my network WiFi, open the email attachment, return to wifi-changing the settings of printer-go back to the document and print it. Wait for it to print. To return to the e-mail, I return to settings-wifi-changes in my next email open network. Then go through the process of return to the printer.
There must be a simpler way to use "direct print", but when I try to print in the document, he says "no printer found AirPrint."
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello CdnCreekers,

It seems to me that you print to the printer WiFi Direct printing option. There is an easier way...

To begin with, I would turn off WiFi directly from the front panel of the printer > select direct WiFi, then turn it off.

I assume you already have your printer connected to your wireless network, if that's the case, then you just need to print from your iPad. The iPad must be on the same network as the printer to use Apple's Airprint wireless.

WiFi Direct is a great option for guests to use, but you don't need to have it on in order to print wirelessly on your printer.

  • Photosmart 7762: Photosmart 7762 small print page in A4 since the upgrade to Windows 10

I have just updated to Windows 7 to 10.  When I go to print an A4 document now doing at a reduced size that I have an additional border of space to the left and down.  The page is set to A4 of the printer is set for A4 and I tried printing and printing actual size to fit, but it makes no difference.   I deleted and reinstalled the printer so that it would probably use the most recent driver, but even when it makes no difference.

    HELP PLEASE

(PS. My old LaserJet 1200 always print the same document A4 correctly after the upgrade to Windows 10)

    Problem solved.

First tried to download HP printer Installation Wizard, which is installed as a brother of generic but with HP Photosmart 7760 showing when you click above but it just printed pages of random characters.

Then the printer found possedantes-advanced-new pilot and started to windows update and it evetually listed series printers so I clicked it and now it prints A4 OK again.

  • Problem setting up my iPhone, iPad with printer MFP HP 1213

I have an iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone 3, iPhone 4, iPod. Almost all have the iOS responsible henriq. I have also two HP multi function printers: HP LaserJet M1536dnf MFP so MFP HP LaserJet Professional M1213nf. Recently, I downloaded PrinterControl from the iTunes Store and installed on my iPhone, iPad etc. The above two printers are connected on two separate wifi networks. The 1536 printer when I try to connect to my iPhone, the iPad with PrinterControl I am able to print, scan and do everything. All handheld computers are able to immediately recognize the printer. Unfortunately when I try to connect to 1213 all-in-one that is located on another wifi network and is connected to a time Capsule I am unable to do so. The PrinterControl says "no printer found. On the other hand in all the devices of Air print feature is working perfectly fine. I can take my fingerprints of mail and it is recognizing the MFP 1213 easily and get the made impressions.

Even after through many forums and discussion forums, I couldn't solve the problem. I contacted HP support and said I need to contact Apple support. I also tried and contacted the Apple support which in turn said that because the PrinterControl is a third-party application they will not be able to provide any help/support and Air Print being workinf fine then there is no problem with Apple products. Please help, how to reolve the question and 1213 HP MFP get well with Apple products.

    Hello

I'm afraid that this behavior is expected because the M1213 is not supported by the HP printer control application.

You can find this information listed for the HP LaserJet Pro M1210 Multifunction Printer Series within the category Printers HP LaserJet Consumer below:
