  I recently had the sound being too strong issue with Skype on my desktop Windows 10 and the fix was to go to controller in Device Manager / sound, select the controller that was VIA HD Audio in my case and select "update driver". That fixed the problem for me and I can control the volume of Skype calls once more.

  I think that there was a generic Windows driver sound update recently that messed up some controllers sound, but now my VIA HD Audio has the correct drivers Win 10.

  Ahhhh. Now how the hell I guess than that?

  I discovered by chance after the update my version of Skype 3 times, including recognizing the "this version will replace the older version on your computer", he has done far not at all! I had to drag the Skype Application to the trash icon and "empty trash" to delete the old version completely.   I used the following steps to detect the problem:

  (a) I uninstalled the existing version of Skype

  (d) consulted the sound link in the Panel control, updated sound card driver software.

  So I don't know if it's something that's arisen because of something I did, or something through updates. But I think I have basically a castrated command selection.

  I'm doing a secure Chat where anyone who is added into a candidate rather that just being allowed to attach as usual. This is due to some people in our chat add random friends in making some of our longest standing members in the Group upset or uncomfortable. Instead of having to wait for them to make something bad (so as not to offend the other party) it would be easier if we had a way to filter, then they get instantly added.
  
  In any case, I've been playing around with things for more than 2 hours, trawling through forum posts and google searches to try to find things to help. In the end, I came to the conclusion that either because of my own incompetence, or through updates of Skype, I don't have access to a large number of orders that are featured in the Skype's official information page.
  
  For example, I can use/set options + JOINING_ENABLED but not + JOINERS_BECOME_APPLICANTS or + JOINERS_BECOME_LISTENERS

Im not really worried about how long it takes a file to send, but when my upload is being maxed out because of a program go awol there is something wrong. 300 KB files word documents that all images hang. And sit on "Connecting..." Passed the firewall ports has been tested with she hosted. Order and don't even just no firewall and the same thing... And this is a new installation of windows... Help! ~
