• How can I get the same results from Google Images like in internet Explorer

  If I search Google Images in IE8, I get a list of result pages with a fixed number of items per page. These thumbnail images download quickly, and under each image there is useful information about the content of the image and its source. Images on the next page doesn't download not unless if I select the next page in the list, so that the modem activity stops quickly.

  When I use the same URL - www.google.com - in Firefox and go to Images, I get pages with an indefinitely large number of images of result. All images are stuck next to each other, and there is no other useful information from the text shown at all. If I try to scroll to the bottom of the screen, images more keep downloading. There seems to be no Google settings available in this view to limit the number of images per page.

  Only problems with this is that I am currently limited to 56 KB connection. Images from this point of view download so slowly that they simply never complete in a reasonable time.

  Hi jscher2000, which search engine plugin on the site MYCROFT was very useful thank you. I used Google to THE ones that I was not interested and the Google UK has added to the search list by default, unchecked too (that we are originally from the UK) and sometimes need for research based in the United Kingdom).

  This now seems to be more like the original search feature, so thanks a lot for that, and I learned a few more things about cookies too!

  I tried to delete all cookies on previous attempts to solve this, but nothing seemed to work until I changed the config and used your suggested change search plugin. It is ordered that the search provider list can be moved upwards and downwards for sorting how you want, in my case all the Google those upstairs.

• Google search, the images does not

  When I click on images in a google search, I get only about 12 images in FF10.0.2 and the 'options' and 'safe Search' buttons on the page do not work. This happened only after I upgraded to 10.0.2. The previous version worked fine.

  My IPad 2 IOS 9.3 runing now it is impossible to open a google search link or a link that will apear in a Web page. I don't know if this is due to the new IOS or anithing else. The tablet was working fine until recently.

  Apple is working on this problem. In the meantime try to disable JavaScript by using the settings application.

  I think that there is a virus or some kind of my network home preventing me from Google search.  It seems to work without a problem when I use use Wifi Hotspot through Verizon LTE, but through comcast cable, it does not load.  I had Comcast service person come and check the signal and until the TimeCapsule is loading and fine.  When it reset the modem and the TimeCapsule it worked for a minute or two, but then the problem comes back.  It has been almost a week to have this problem.

  Last Comcast guy says to TimeCapsule is nine years old.  and the problem from there.

  What version of firmware is installed in your Time Capsule? For information, launch the AirPort Utility (it's in your Mac utilities folder) and select (click on) the time Capsule. His version of firmware is adjacent to the versionof word.

  Everytime I try just to go to a website by typing its name (such as Canada Post, Craigslist, Douglas & McIntyre society) I find myself with a result of google search rather than just go to the home page, that is what happens. I think that this has only started since download F4 and really, really want this feature back. How can I solve this problem?

  If I click to see images from a google search etc., cannot go back to the full search results by clicking on the arrow button "go back a page. Page becomes empty and returns only links to shopping etc.

  I use a tap double quick followed single tap to return to the full search results.

  It can be fixed at some point, but my way is better.
