  When I call people from my iPhone 6 they heard me not talk at all.

  If I put the phone on speaker, they can hear me and I can record and playback voice memos with no problems at all.  I tried both a hard and soft reset which none has solved the problem.  I removed the cover and tried to call someone without him, but the problem still happens so this isn't my case interfering with the microphone.

  Anyone have an idea what might happen?  Would it be a problem with iOS 9.3.4 because the problem only happened since I updated to it AFAIK (though this could just be a coincidence)?

  Have you checked the obvious things? E.g.Ring/Silent switch on the left side is not on? Control the volume of ringtone under settings/sounds?

  If they are not serious then have you tried power the phone off and on again? Other sounds work fine, or if all sounds are dumb? for example can play you music through the speaker?

  How do you add ringtones. If you add directly to the sd card from the computer to media/audio/ringtones, so you added the media/audio/notifications folder on the SD also. These are the folders that I added to the mine and the rings appear in the list on my droid.
