  This is normal because the game is running and full GPU is used, if the temperature rises more than normal. I suggest to contact one of our authorized Service Center nearest you and make sure you use the laptop by placing it on a flat surface for proper ventilation.

  I have no sound while DirectX game says it all works fine I have the sound in windows but not in the game. I've checked everything I can and you can't operate am racing game in win xp mode compatible but sound escapes me has tried to change the settings to lower the quality always without success. any help appreciated.   This problem is limited to any game in particular?

  Method 1: Each game\program has a unique setting to turn on and turn off the sound. See the (manual) for certain keys product documentation or the game settings to "switch" the sound on or off.

  I use a new computer. Entry door. Windows 7. I use Teamspeak 3 and I try to play you tube videos or a game. I can hear my friends on Teamspeak 3 but can not hear the video or music / sounds of the game.

  C. check the meter of volume on the value max/reactivate the sound plugin window?
  Increase the volume on your speakers.

  See if you have set your audio device by default:

  First, make absolutely certain that your soundcard Control Panel, but also the sound properties in the control panel are properly configured to use the number of channels you want.
  If you are still having problems and you want audio equipment, follow these steps:
  a. go to your C:\Users\\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Config directory and rename the file to something else BIOEngine.ini.
