  By the way: you need to check if the BT has been activated usually you will need to activate this using the Fn + F8 keys

  Unfortunately I can't give you an appropriate response. The fact is that the Bluetooth works properly and portable can communicate with the unit. It is not easy to say why the connection failed after starting Nokia PC suite.

  In my opinion, you should try to contact the Nokia support. They have more experience with own software and it is probably tested by Nokia. If you have a solution please let us know.
