  If the DLL msvcr90.dll error occurs when you use a particular program, reinstall the program should replace the file. So I try to reinstall the software of Nokia Ovi Suite.

  I have problem with Portege R500. Toshiba Bluetooth stack 6.40 (from the download page) is not compatible with the new Nokia PC suite 7.1.
  PC Suite only works with Toshiba Bluetooth stack, driver version 5.10.12. PC Suite indicates that bluetooth can not be found.

• I have a problem connecting my nokia 5800 to vista. Software device driver has not been installed successfully? Help!

  I reinstalled Ovi store and Nokia Ovi Player more than once.  Whenever I connect the phone to my computer, it came with the message THAT PSG has failed. I think that this is the route of the problem. Ovi store will recognize my phone and I can see the phone next to other readers, I still can't transfer music to my phone.

  Nokia forums / support would be the place to ask. No doubt you have uninstalled all Nokia software / drivers, restarted then reinstalled the latest version of PC Suite / Suite Ovi from Nokia

• Nokia n85 drivers problem

  I recently acquired a nokia N85 mobile and it's been pretty annoying make the cell phone actually talk to the computer.

  I ' ´ll try to go straight to the point and describe my attempts:

  (a) install the software nokia (Ovi 2.1). When you are prompted to connect the mobile to PC (USB), Vista starts to install a myriad of drivers and they fail. Error output code which had 39 "driver properly installed, but cannot load" or something like that. Tried to update the drivers, but those are the most recent.

  (b) have uninstalled Ovi and related software. Nokia program used own register of all entries related to them. That is returned to the Web site of nokia and downloaded software replacing (PC Suite), that would provide similar services than what I tried to install one). Same mistakes, nothing has worked.

  (c) attempt to see if Vista would correctly install all drivers and recognize them as 'work '. Desinstallion PC Suite and registry cleaned. Start the system with the connected mobile. After the charge and some time and system updates, all the drivers have been installed correctly. Mobile disconnected from the PC after that. Tried once more to install PC Suite, but the results were the same as b).

  You did good job of troubleshooting and I can't fault your efforts - they were as good as anything that I would have suggested.  The fact that they did not is disappointing because I have little to offer.

  Here is some information on windowsupdate error code: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952032.  It seems not so much a mistake as it is protection from installing incorrect drivers.  I suggest you only use the drivers, firmware and software Nokia and NOT use all the Nokia Windows Update-oriented.  Hide all so they don't keep their appearance (I assume you mean the updates of Windows rather than Live updates where I am not entirely sure what you mean). In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows:http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/.

  Make absolutely sure you have the right drivers, firmware or software for your device and the version of Vista you are using.  If there are two different versions of the software, it may be that only applies in the installation process you use (or do).  There may be a sequence of facilities (or the device may or may not have to be plugged when you make them).  Printers often work this way where work only in a specific sequence. I suggest that you contact the Technical Support of Nokia at http://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-and-software/contact-us and get them to assist you in the establishment of the phone - they know more about what we do and will probably be able to do it quickly and effectively.  This is probably a minor detail that has been overlooked - this is often.  Here again, it could be a complicated in this case problem, you'll be happy to have on the product experts to help you.

  The standard method for your situation (no OTA service) is to enter your data into a compatible PIM application and then to establish synchronization of your device via the LINK. To my knowledge, the only compatible PIM is currently Outlook:

  It is up to you to determine how to migrate your data to Outlook. In general, it is export from another PIM (for example, a CSV file) and then import that into Outlook. But I don't know the features of the PIM you use now, and none who are products of BB.

  Lately the problems when trying to convert video files with Nero 11 or / and Xilisoft Video Converter 6 (recorded two full versions and software). Whenever I have start by converting video files, a few minutes later the computer crashes. it goes off by itself and I cannot do anything about it. I changed the Power Safe mode (computer NEVER goes to sleep or Hibernate) still having the same problem.

  People, lot of your interest to try to help me thanks and I really do!

  Now, that's what I did:

  1) deleted or modified the default settings for some unused applications running in the background - the beginning of the applications running automatically whenever I start Windows EQ. Nokia Ovi, RiM BlackBerry Desktop Software, updates Java, Bluetooth adapter and etc.

  2) run a Registry Clean Fix Up\Errors - auslogics BoostSpeed

  3) run a full defragmentation - all built in readers

  4) power back to the default settings - display & hard drive settings

  5) run Windows Updates - download & install the latest updates

  And YES! My PC runs like new new! I don't hear anything, it's so QUIET I sometimes have to tap the screen to see if it is still running or switched off the COAST again.

  Oh, I've cleaned up from the PC with a very strong vacuum cleaner and wet wipes to make sure that the airflow correctly - takes your serious advice about the fan!
