Not a question, I want to cancel my account now, during my 14th day so that I could receive a full refund, now.
Why is there no support 24 on www.adobe.com/getsupport? I'm trying to cancel my account so that I could receive a full refund, as is the 14th day of my period of payment. I called the number apparently 8 minutes too late for the time difference where I am. Apparently also told me there would be support 24 hours a day and according to the information I received, it must be where the support, so please cancel my membership so I can receive the full refund promised in the service agreement.
