The feature can be added in the future, but I can't put a time table on when this feature will be added. Is there a specific task you want to accomplish that I might be able to give a more appropriate work around?

  BB10 models the client polls for email on POP3 server at an interval that you select.  When the mail client is e-mail it downloads it not the device.   In function, you can set a time interval (30 minutes or an hour) and then manually refresh if you happen to check at any time between the two.   You can define short intervals, if you want and see what it does to the battery life.

  A little sparse on the details... "they don't work" could mean that they launch, they communicate, or a myriad of other possible symptoms. Accurate description of what you're trying and that happens helps us not to guess.

  But, since you have left to guess, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  There are three types of potential memory on a BB: 1) application memory, the device memory) 2 and 3) Media/SD Card Memory.

  Application memory - it is the most important; It is protected (not available to the user), dedicated and fixed (size: 512 MB in your case) space that is available to the House of the OS itself, as the destination for the installation of applications (more a few storage applications, overhead and other costs).   You will need to get them on an Android App store, there is a good app called Snap specially written to help with this...

• Option no. blackBerry Smartphones to turn off the automatic signature

  I just got the blackberry Pearl... and there isn't an option to disable their auto signature "Sent from my BlackBerry® with SprintSpeed Smartphone".  When I go to the e-mail settings (or other parameters in the message section) there is not an option for auto signature or even add a signature.  Any ideas on why it would be or if there is an upgrade that I need to download to be able to disable this option or add a signature?

  I don't use a Blackberry Enterprise Server with this account, but do not know if it matters.
