    Hello

    Method 1.
A few wininet.dll errors may be related to a virus or other infection of malicious software on your computer that has damaged the DLL file. It is even possible that the error in wininet.dll that you see is related to a hostile program who is posing as the file.
Sometimes the security program installed might not be fair enough. I also recommend you update your security software regularly.

(Remote procedure call Runtime) Rpcrt4.dll errors are caused by situations that lead to the removal or corruption of theDLL filerpcrt4.

    a. restart the system and keep tapping F8 until you reach the start menu.

Step 2: Run a SFC scan.

Of file system (CFS) when checking that all the Windows XP system files are where they should be as they are by default and not corrupted, changed or damaged.

    a. Click Start, click principally made programs, accessories, right-click on command prompt and select run as administrator.

    b. click on continue or provide administrator credentials if prompted.

    c. in the type in the following command prompt window and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

    d. you should see the following message on the screen:

§ Begin the analysis of the system. This process will take time.

§ Beginning verification phase of system scan.

    e. audit % complete.

    f. once the scan is complete, a test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved or not.

    Josh

My computer has recently displayed an error saying not found C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\SysMenu.dll. The cause is that the AVG antivirus program had removed as a perceived virus. Thinking about this perception was wrong, I wrote the file in AVG exceptions box. Then I reset the computer with RSTRUI in the command prompt, a zero before release date when the error message appeared. He fixed it. My personal bat - and exe-files have been reset also, so I had to make the changes of the past few days again. Personal records are supposed to be unchanged by reset, but which does not apply to the program files.

This is where I downloaded from: http://www.filesmag.com/2014/12/mozilla-firefox-web-browser-free.html

This DLL is part of graphic subsystem of Windows. After you have reinstalled Windows, have you run Windows Update to get the fixes for Windows 7, or at least Service Pack 1 million? It is possible you need to do that first before Firefox works normally.

During this time, it is possible that Firefox will run in secure Mode, since in this mode Firefox does use all the features of graphics on your system. To start Firefox in Safe Mode, try the SHIFT key when starting Firefox now.

A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

At the start, my laptop opens two small windows. Each has an error message rundll cannot find a particular .dll file. The two named files are, 1.)  aprvst.dll and 2.) uapenv.dll.

I have been unable to locate these files on the Internet and believe that they are associated with an application that has been removed from my computer. My computer seems to work OK without these files. How can I get rid of these error messages?

Yes they are not on the search, their names can be generated randomly which may indicate a malicious program which has been deleted by your anti-virus

    In any case
You can consult the program of "System Configuration" for their entries
Start > Type system configuration, it should appear as you type and click > start > disable entries
If you do not find them it Autoruns gives access extended navigation for startup items, services and drivers (just about everything that loads with Windows)
