  Run the Console application in one of the following ways:

  After an update as well as if things get wobbly, I always offer the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  First of all I would like to be sure you deleted Add-ons which can contain from zynga. It looks like to your are not speak only well in Firefox. I'll try also use Malwarebytes to get rid of it and you can see this thread I found:
