not printing from windows 10

Hello

printer works - connected to the network - can use e print to send a doc and it works

However, I can't print a PDF from the 10 Windows Update.  doctor - tried everything removes however test page does not print.  Scanning functions very well.  and also through doctor scan function is fine.  I can click on the hp and send a test page, the clean heads etc all connected very well so the problem must be something to do with the web browser open the pdf or adobe?

Help, please

Hi Glen,

At least you have ePrint, who will help you for the time until that the rest is sorted.

Looks like the Full Feature (software printer on the computer) has not made 'migration' of Windows 10 intact.

You may need to remove the existing printing of programs and features software, reboot, download a new copy of the latest version of the full feature software and 'go away. '

Information, Instructions and examples:

Install the full features software - printer

  • Not printing from Windows XP

I was feeling of success with my Windows XP computer for years on my HP 7360 inkjet. All updates and patches are up to date. Last successful impression was about 14:34 on June 22. The current number is any attempt to print from any application provides an error that there is no printer. There is no indication on the list of printers. Microsoft Fix It says spooler is not running and the fact (even if the Service Manager said it was running). Even after rebooting, I am unable to print or add a printer through the wizard, or via a separate program from the HP Installer. I would just remove the driver library and dll for any printer and try again, but do not know how to do this, and I don't know if this is necessary, or even desirable (or will solve the problem).

The printer has been shared on the network home, but locally connected on the primary computer.

Any ideas? And of course, I have a set of criticism of papers to get out today and this weekend.

Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

    AntiMailware MalwareBytes
    SUPERAntiSpyware

Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

    Cleaning of printers

NOTE: If, after completing the stage has the print spooler is not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", you won't be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Instead, go to the other link and download and get and use the utility 'cleanspl' such as described here.

NOTE 2: HP printers have more than a number.  They could be DeskJets, LaserJet, OfficeJets, or something else.  If you actually have a HP Photosmart D7360 printer, download your driver here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=dj-41958-2&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&os=228&product=1156651&sw_lang= if this isn't your model, you're on your own: Research from HP

    A. Clean on print jobs pending

    • Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
    • Type the following in the black command prompt window, and then press ENTER after each line

    net stop spooler
    del/q '% windir%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.* '.
    net start spooler

Note: This is the first issue I had with this printer that was bought a year ago.

Hello Steve, I hope you're well

Thanks for getting back to me with your info!

Yes, I would first of all, running the wizard of wireless configuration from the front panel of the printer (installation program, Menu, Assistant wireless network), make sure that the printer is connected to your network, then proceed to uninstall the printer, restart the PC and reinstall them both back on your computer.

I hope that this is the solution!

    Have a great Monday!

  • Why my printer does not print with Windows 8?

Why my printer does not print with Windows 8?

Did you just upgraded or purchased a new computer with Windows 8, and now you can't get your printer to work?  If so, this can help you.  Many people have questions about the installation of their printer on a new OS.  This will help you answer these questions and make sure you get everything installed.

    Before you start

Before you try to install the printer on a Windows 8, you should check to make sure that the printer is compatible with the new OS.  The link below will give you a list of printers that will work in Windows 8.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03168175

If you have upgraded your computer to Windows 8 formed another version of Windows, make sure all software uninstall complete of your printer.  It should still print, but to use all the features, you will need to reinstall the software, if available.

Another thing to consider is how you want to connect the printer to the computer.

    1. USB.  You must ensure that you have a USB cable which does not exceed 6 feet (about 2 m).  Be sure to connect the printer directly to the computer.  Do not use a USB hub.

    2. Ethernet cable.  Make sure you have the network configuration, you have a free cable port on the router, and you have an available Ethernet cable.

    3. Wireless.  You must ensure that you have the configuration of the wireless network, and you have the password of the wireless network.

    1. installation Via USB

Installation via USB in Windows 8 became much simpler for users of HP printer.  In other versions of the Windows operating system, you need to launch the installation and wait that it asks for the USB connection.  If you do not, you will need to uninstall the printer from the devices and printers folder and then launch the installation.  In Windows 8, which won't be a problem.  If you plug the USB cable from the printer and then install the printer software, work remains.  Now for in depth instructions on installing the printer via the USB port click on the link below.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03521864

2 installation Via an Ethernet network connection

For an Ethernet connected printer, the installation is disconcerting.  All you have to do is to connect the printer to the network.  Once you have done so, Windows 8 will automatically install the drivers for you.  Then, all you have to do is install the rest of the software, if available.  It's really as simple as that.

    http://WWW8.HP.com/us/en/support-drivers.html

3 installation Via a wireless network connection.

For a wireless printer, network installation is disconcerting.  All you have to do is to connect the printer to the network.  Once you have done so, Windows 8 will automatically install the drivers for you.  Then, all you have to do is install the rest of the software, if available.  It is roughly the same as just Wireless Ethernet installation.

    http://WWW8.HP.com/us/en/support-drivers.html

    Alternative installation methods

With Windows 8, the drivers of many printers are installed with the operating system.  These are called pilots InOS, since they come built-in to the operating system.  If you have one of these printers, you should have to do simply connect it to the computer via USB, or connect to the network via Ethernet or wireless.  Once you have that makes Windows will take care of the rest.  There are other methods of installation of your printer if normal methods don't work for some reason any.  You can install the printer is using the printer, or through Windows Updates Setup Wizard.

    Set printer wizard:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c02681060

    Windows Update:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03460648

Note: The drivers of Laserjet for the Asia-Pacific and the Japan will come only at a later date.  See below the link support site for the availability of the driver.  I will update this post once they become available.

    Hope that answers some questions.

  • OfficeJet Pro8610: OfficeJet Pro8610 will not print from any website

I use Win7 (64 bit) with SP1 and I had to replace an OfficeJet 6700 with a new all-in-one. I did it with an OfficeJet Pro8610 yesterday.  After a struggle to get the printer works wirelessly (it was necessary to connect to my laptop (HP) via a USB 1 port) I went to an online brokerage account last night and printed a statement.  When I tried to do exactly the same thing today I can't print of this site I've always been able to do with my old 6700 OfficeJet-it'ds.  In fact I can not print from any Bank, brokerage, etc sites now.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, both online and with the CD rom, I turned off the printer, the laptop and the router and I have the same problem.

Has anyone seen this kind of problem and managed to fix the problem.  Thanks for the help.

I have a 2nd question that I'll post separately because I can't connect a computer laptop 2nd in this printer.

Google Chrome has a tendency to stick to old files, printing and print settings. To resolve this problem, you will need to change the Destination before printing of Chrome. If your print queue is configured correctly and that you can print from other programs, then open print your window chrome. On the left hand side, click on change.

Once you do you will be able to modify the print queue that uses Chrome and you should be able to print your PDF documents.

Regarding the suggestion of networking if you see guidelines referring to the activation of the web services or by entering your request on the connected HP Code then you can skip these directions. These instructions are primarily for the ePrint service.

I hope this helps and I hope you have a great weekend!

Hi @RDVNA and welcome to the Forums of HP!

I see that you are having problems of selection of bac. I would like to help!

I have a few steps to get started:

I would recommend starting with a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

I suggest also download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor.

Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting operations.

    Hello

I found the answer to that by trawling for ever, it IS a HP PROBLEM, ARE YOU listening TO HP?

the fact is that the printer driver will agree that a system administrator to print from some programs, Adobe, Office, Wordpad there more, but if you apply this fix, they will print

go to the HEART control PANEL > USER ACCOUNTS > CHANGE USER ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

Drag the slider to the bottom never notify, and then restart your computer.

    works on windows 7

Indeed, you raise your account to an admin sys, but if HP has got their act together, they would sort this issue, because it is everywhere in their forums.

    Hi kk6pa,

This looks like a problem with the third-party applications. If you are able to print to this printer from any other application on the computer then I suggest contacting Microsoft on IE & Live Mail problems.

You have the same problem when you try to print from another Web browser like Firefox or Chrome?

  • So - you think you're good at helping people... c410a on windows 7 is not printing from 1 computer

Printer has stopped printing from the main computer (Dell running Win 7).  Main computer was used to set up the printer at the start.  Printer still prints from a second office (connected wireless to the router) and a laptop (also conecting wireless).  Confirmed the scan always main computer work and can give commands that are executed on (of the printer) the main computer (including the sweeping, cleaning, etc.).  Printer seams to have all THE features of the main computer (main connected by ethernet to the router, then wireless to the router) except it does not print.

    Performed troubleshooting:

    • Latest uninstalled and reinstalled, printer drivers
    • Reel stopped and restarted the printer,
    • Rebooted computer (many times),
    • Confirmation of latest Windows patches are loaded.
    • Priter reset to the factory settings,
    • A confirmed the printing of the laptop and a different desktop computer
    • Ran the printer HP, doctor impossible to diagnose printer doctor and he told me to give the command to the printer generate its own document internal (he did) the printer doctor said the problem was outside it's are expert
    • HP support wants to sell me a service in order to "clean" my computer.  Is this possible without a great technician trick and a fee of $60?

If you successfully in printing, scanning, ECT on other computers, this indicates problems with the computer and the printer works and works correctly. You will need to have your computer checked or think execution of recovery after you back up all your data.
