  Looks like there's a problem install the Visual C++ 2005 redistributable. You can try to install these first manually by using the links below:

  Even if you are using Win 7 x 64 (assuming you are using Win7), according to me, you need the x 86 redistributable og version for this software. If you already have an earlier version of the redistributable installed, you might as well try to uninstall first and then reinstall Microsoft Download or try to install the BT software after uninstalling. So, you can try to uninstall the BT software and start again.

  If you already have version BT 6.2.1.1400 installed, you should ensure that you have a complete backup since this version had a serious bug when installing/uninstalling this version could wipe you HDD. I know that this is related to the 6.2.1.1400 only.

Preconfigured keys (help, undo, redo, new, open, close, reply, fwd, send, spell, save and print) F1 - F12 do function not all as they are indicated in MS Word 2010 etc. I was able to program my favorites 1-5 with little problem.

  I did the following to try to resolve the problem:
  1. research of virus (clean)
  2. uninstalled the driver and downloaded the last strand 8.15 64
  3 entered the keyboard layout configuration and reset the default settings
  4 tried to manually program the F1 - F12 function keys

  NONE of these things solve the problem.  Which brings me to the conclusion that this keyboard does not have to be 100% compatible with Office 2010.

  In large part, Yes.  I didn't fall on one that does not work on Windows 7, which was done on Windows Vista.  But by saying that I haven't met one who does not work on Windows Vista and I have a fairly large library of games.

  The only thing that I actually noticied is lowest for the transition to 64-bit, where the 16-bit applications no longer works, and some games just there about 8 years ago still used 16-bit installers.

  It could work according to the architecture of Windows 7 installed. If you have Windows 7 64 bit installed, it may not work because the software could have 16-bit code not supported by 64 bit versions of Windows.

  We have UCCX with recently upgraded to 10.6 HA. After upgrade, we are not able to generate the CSQ Call Distribution report for every 5/20 sec.

  We contacted TAC and found we need to have autonomous cuic but we donot have in our environment. There is demand for improvement already triggered with Cisco for this defect, Cisco still to develop fixed a bug for this version.

  Ask you to provide me with this model of the said report to import into our UCCX of 10.6 to generate reports required by our care.

  Had the same problem after upgrade of 8.5 to 10.5 UCCX. I was able to modify an existing report to get 5 seconds interval.

  I exported the existing report. Imported in CUIC stand-alone server, query list value with interval of 5 seconds:

  select 5 as ID,'5' as value from table(set {1})

  Also changed the column names in the report. With 5 seconds interval, we have 4 great call distribution intervals: 0-5 sec, 0 to 10 sec, 0-15, 0-20 sec. Unfortunately, when I downloaded my report to the initial report UCCX CUIC was broken (I think because of the internal report id duplication), but the new report works very well. Check out the screenshots and my below custom report template.
