  a DVD decoder is not included.

• Nothing happens when Windows Store is clicked :-(

  Just upgraded my Windows7 for Windows 8. When I click on shop nothing happens? How am I supposed to go through the store Windows?

  AV = product AntiVirus.

  I was in the same exact situation and used Avast. Now contacted MS Support on Twitter and they are interested in it.

  I use McAfee total protection.
  I then uninstalled McAfee and installed Win8, did not (STORE fails).
  Then I also uninstalled Java and yet once installed Win8, once again, did not work.

  All facilities used the faculty to retain existing software/applications and personal data and settings. After installation, I update facility which has removed all software/applications except windows apps, it didn't work.

  I had a copy backup of the image of the original score, so I could repeat the exact state of origin Win7.

  Someone above has successfully installed in new installation remove the existing settings, I wonder what software/setup existing could block STORE games and be properly installed.

  I'll try to do a clean install, I expect that it will work.

  But then again what is the current apps/software/configuration that could block the installation.

  (I'm not happy to delete all the current settings and facilities, I have a lot of settings and current software. I mean really a lot. And some of them may not be reproduced and dependent on time)

  I'm really desperate. I'm used to be able to sync my Treo on my Mac without problem. For a few months, when I plug my usb on my Treo cable and press the HotSync window appears but nothing happens.

  I tried Missing SYnc, which I use to sync my data of uninstalling/reinstalling. But still does not.

  This could be a problem with the cable? It does not seem to connect, as HotSync window appears, and also since on my Mac, I see that my pocket computer is recognized as plugged in via USB.

  I'm quite worried because I've done research on this during the hours and hours and I can't solve my problem. I have data as long as Treo, I just. can. not. lose. He all.

  Hello! I just wanted you to know I solved my problem! Yes!

  I managed to find another cable and tried to synchronize with this one and it's the same thing: the HotSync window appeared on my Treo and when I clicked the button on cable or on the sync button on my handheld, there was a very brief flash of the synchronization screen that appeared, but he returned to the HotSync window and nothing more.
  If the cables seemed to work, my MacBook seems to be to see your handheld, but the synchronization operation has not been the case. I finally thought (duh!) to do a reset software, noticed that I had very little available memory so deleted some files, soft reset again and here, synchronizing perfectly! Finally... Thanks for your help, and the next time I will think to do a reset before anything else!

  Do you have an error message when you try to print?

  Is this a problem with a specific PDF file? Try to print any other PDF and check if it works or not.

  When I try to open Adobe Reader (any version), nothing happens. I'm running Windows 7 Pro and tried to uninstall Reader 9 & 11, running a suggested fix, running Adobe cleaning tool to remove it, run it from a CL, but I don't see an error code: 7

  You can try other things...

  • Update drive to 11.0.6
  • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
  • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
  • It might even be a malware problem; See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html

  I am betting that there could be a conflict between the pilot and the Navigator. Try using a different browser like IE or Firefox. If this does not work, or you don't want to, try to use a different printer driver. Instructions that are below. Let me know what happens.

  To use a different print driver for printers HP with Windows 7:
  1. click on the start menu.
  2 click devices and printers.
  3. right click on your printer.
  4. Select printer properties.
  5. click on the Advanced tab.
  6. click on new driver.
  7. click on next.
  8. Select HP in the first list.
  9. Select Deskjet 450 in the second.
  10. click Next.
  11. click on finish.
  12. click on apply.
  13. click OK to close the window.

  It started when the links in my Windows Mail messages stopped working. I received an "Application not found" error when I clicked on a link in an e-mail. When I click on that, I get a message saying "Windows searches for IExplore.exe. To locate the file yourself,... "And then it says the shortcut has been changed or moved.   You have whatever it be listed in your programs by default, or is it completely empty?
  If there is nothing listed, you can view the link here which has a solution that helped some people.

  If you don't have some programs listed in default programs, then that would probably not help.
  Have you tried doing a SFC/scannow?

  Try the following steps:

  First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

  Click Start

  Click on all programs

  Click Accessories, and then right-click on the command prompt.

  Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"

  Click on command prompt

  Type SFC/scannow.

  It will scan and repair any damaged operating system files.
