Nothing is printing because a job is CANCELING

I have a feeling which was cancelled 5 days!  Because of, I believe that nothing is printing.  I tried everything I could think of power, reset, cancel the account and open a new one with a new ID (impression being canceled was always there), etc.

Is it possible to clear the queue?  Any ideas?

Thank you.

Dan

If you are unable to delete the print job from your queue via the option Cancel in the line of work, I suggest that you remove and then re-enable web services on your printer.

Who will be remove your printer from your ePC account, clear all print jobs and provide your printer with a new email address. Then you can add your printer to your account using the new email address.

Can you tell me what print job is 'stuck' - was it a standard email, HTML email, email with an attachment or embedded images?

Thank you.
